Nawa o. Na fight? Amorim will get his players. Although, I wanted him gone before the end of last season. The board did not sack him, so they must give him players. I just hope we are signing the right players for Amorim and/or any other person that might takeover from him. Because, there is no funds to waste. Our transfers must hit 7/10 in terms of quality, otherwise, this current wilderness will become our home!

As for his stats the upper season he had 9goals and 6 assist in 25games. Those are good stats for a winger at Brentford. What you will notice is constant progression and he might just be entering his prime.

Anyways, it’s a feeling. I hope I am wrong. Also, hoping we don’t overpay for him.

Go and check his stats for seasons before the 24/25 season. If we want to go for a merc, we target established ones especially for 60m. This guy might underperform for us and we would be back to this point next summer.

I am hoping Amorim won’t have him replace Rasmus upfront or top strike him with Rasmus in a 3-5-2, because I don’t believe we will sign a new striker after getting Mbeumo and Cunha. Anyways, if we are to sign the guy, should be for max of 40m.

If we were better, we wont be finishing behind those teams and level on points with Wolves. We were 14th when ETH was sacked and 15th at the end of the season. This is a team that has been on a downward trajectory since ETH's first season.

We are struggling in scoring goals with the attackers we have. Get in better attackers and a striker and we'll score more goals and win more games. There's no hope there. Just common sense

Don’t make it look like things were that bad before ETH left. 14th position with 3 points to top 4 is way different from 15th with 27 points from top 4. Not justifiable at all.

Well Established/top player is another word for Mercenaries. Two seasons ago, you guys said we needed to rebuild with a younger squad and stop signing viruses/mercs like Pogba, Lukaku Mhiki, etc. Now that the experiment has failed mostly on the back of getting an inexperienced manager, we should go back to Mercs so our so called saviour can succeed.

There are different systems. Some allow for inefficiency while some don’t. Some will work and some won’t especially in the EPL. Whatever system Amorim has requires serious efficiency in front of goal, and very few mistakes at the back but we all know young players cannot. Very few young players have that level of skills and maturity to score 1 in 5 chances.

Amorim’s style worked for him in Europa, but not in the EPL, and with the way things are going, with or without an ‘open heart surgery’ we fit relegate next season.

Hehe. Thank God Sporting no get much funds and Amorim was able to replace 29 players in a few seasons. We should be able to replicate same here. Hopefully we won’t be in league two by the time he’s done with us.
