Maybe you aren't a numbers guy that's why you can't see it from our angle, the money spent on maguire came directly from the club's purse not the glazers.

Let me break it down this way maybe you will understand.

United generated 796 million dollars last years only 18% went to transfers. We actually spent 140M last year not 200M like people say cos the transfer fee for bruno was taken from this year's transfer budget. Which means a club like United should be spending more only Real Madrid and Barcelona generate more. Even clubs with lower revenues spend more from their revenues on transfer. So United spending 200M sounds like a lot of money when in reality they should be spending a lot more.

No club in the world pays it's owners dividends and Consultancy fee of 100M every year imagine every year 100M goes to the Glazers, 10M for Consultancy wetin be Consultancy fee?

The dividends is given to the glazers first and our debts are serviced before we even think of transfer budget.

Noted none of the money comes from the glazers United actually regenerates the money by itself.

Some of you will just come here and type rubbish. Who pays dividends before servicing debt? Can you provide links to support the 100m annual take out by the Glazers? No be roadside mechanic and Keke napep drivers day here Na.

There's another angle to this... Remember the Glazers will still need to sanction any money to be used on transfers and Ed has been crying how this Covid situation has impacted our finances. What if the Glazers have not yet sanctioned the money to procede with other transfers except Sancho's hence Matt Judge and his crew being inactive so far. I think Ed and the board is trying to narrow down the list to the most important positions so as not to waste unnecessary money which is not even available as usual.

At the end of the day, the facts is that Glazers have been spending, which contradicts the narrative some of us have been pushing. Whether it's the club's money or Glazers money, money is money, and we have been spending it. We can't blame the lack of success on the field on the lack of spending. Ole should make do with what he has, he spent 200m last year. He was busy pursuing English players for exorbitant fees, that's on him. We can't blame Ed for that. Let's assume they increase the fees to 20m per 3 years, so in 9 years, they got 60m, while in the last 10 years, they got 127m in dividends, that's just about 190m in fees and dividends in 10 years. So, where is the 1 billion coming from? Also, even if they've they've taken out 400m since inception, the amount wont do shit, because they have always spent heavily on the club.

The Glazers will make money when they sell, not when holding, because the banks are there to ensure they dont pay huge dividends and consultancy fees.

Fan blogs will just be feeding you with shitty stuffs because they dont want to agree that we have entered post Fergie era.
