Apart from the amount being a little high I don't get the Animus about the Mount signing. I keep seeing he was injury prone but he wasn't before we signed him. He was hardly missing any game at Chelsea. The season before we bought him he missed only 13games for Chelsea with injury. Mazaroui missed 17games for Bayern last season, De ligt missed 23games. It's a shame injury has has kept Mount from actually performing to his ability.

They will tell you he was on a decline. Mount is actually a good player fit for whatever style ETH was implementing. Also looks like Amorin likes him, and if thing gel, he might be one of the key players for his system.

Abeg, we need like 5:0 so they can’t ever dream of a come back in the second leg.

We maltreated DDG and went to pick the best GK in the UCL (at the time), who is not only bad at keeping the ball, but somehow lost his ball playing skill in less than one year after signing him.

However, they don’t negate my point which is Man Utd mostly signed good players and managers with the fans always very excited about the hires. ETH, Mou, LVG, Amorim were/are good managers, and me asking them to be sacked after a few months or years of underperformance does not negate the fact that they were among the best at the time they joined us. Same with about 70% of the players signed.

Eth Ajax side was lauded for his achievement and style of play hence his point of United hiring managers that were good and highly rated.
