Foreign used DAF LF 220 Dhollandia Taillift truck for sale in Ibadan. Truck is in excellent working condition. AC working, Air Suspension, Radio and Casette Player. Not been used in Nigeria at all.

White Diesel engine truck with 220 HP and 6,230 tonnes capacity. 6 cylinders manual tranmission truck manufactured in 2006.

Asking price is N11 million.

Please the person in the attached picture is a TV repairer by name Akeem Ayinde Wahab, formerly of No 11 Tayo-Oyefeko Street, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos. I gave him a TV to repair sometime in September 2017 and gave him advance payment to repair it. He subsequently absconded with the TV and relocated from his former residence. @ I, can you just give an estimate? Does it depend on the contents of the will? As in, will the fee be higher, the richer the person is and stuff like that? Or does it depend on the bargaining power of the testator? Thanks.

Experienced land dealers in the house, please, I need your advice. I have some small amount of money to invest n I want your advice on which would be more favorable based on your experiences. If you had some sum of money to invest, which of the following would you choose? Please, give justifications. Thanks.

1. Half plot of land close to Osogun bus stop in alapere. (Estimate N5.5 m)
2. About 4 plots of land at igbogbo bayeku area of ikorodu. (Estimate N6 m)
3. Government estate being built somewhere in igbogbo area of ikorodu. (Estimate N7.5). I think it's like all these jakande estates but it's a three storey building. I saw the picture of the type being built in Agege.

N.B: I am yet to see the places and also yet to negotiate for lower prices. Also, I'm looking at the one that will appreciate more
