Sister, question no be quarrel or fight. Your first statement was not nice and totally uncalled for. But I really appreciate that you answered the question and we will check for how we can get it done. bbaby84: |
Thank you. We will start working on something. I just needed clarity. we had no intention to be fraudulent or falsify anything. We just assumed we could omit if we could. Hephgirl: |
Even if there are stamps on his passport, are you required to scan every single page of your passport. All 32/64 pages? Please this is really important. We are not trying to be fraudulent. But if we can omit this info, it's better.

|
Let me ask. Can you afford not to submit PCC? If you went to some middle east, African or Asian country for work for your company for 6 months and you are unable to get PCC no matter how you try. can't you just omit that from your travel history and not show PCC? Your company will definitely give you reference letter covering that you worked with them for so so years so no one would know if you were in Nigeria or not. I understand that some PCC must be declared. Example if you used your UK masters for ECA, you must show PCC Or you had kids in America, and stayed for 6 months and you are uploading their birth cert, you have to show PCC. And generally, America keeps records so Canada can always ask them questions. I am the PA. My husband is my dependent and worked for a company that sent him for a year as a commuter in Congo. He is no longer with the company BTW but he has tried to get PCC but no way and he doesn't want to get a visa to got to that country and start hustling for PCC. He can't even speak the language. Anway, his company gave a ref letter to cover all his time as an employee but we want to totally omit the travel history to Congo. No scans, no nada. We will just say he was in Nigeria working Is this possible? Bimpsy99: |

Pls someone should answer me below Hello everyone. Congrats to all who have gotten PPR. I can't wait to be in your shoes. I am waiting for my FBI PCC before I even start EE. i applied in July and I don't want to start EE now and start panting when FBI PCC is over delayed and my EE is counting down. So maybe I will apply for EE in September as I think the FBI may come out in October. But I am gathering all my docs so once I get ITA, I can finish up fast. Anyway, I have a serious issue Company A were hiring for HR position and then wanted a contract staff. I was taken as a contract staff but contract under Company B (manpower supply). So my contract appointment letter is from Company B telling me I am neither a staff of company A or B but contract third party hire and once my contract expires, neither company is obligated to me. I was young and desperate, the money was very good and I took it. Now, I need reference letter and HR mgrs of both companies are scared of giving me one as they claim I was not a staff and they don't have any idea what to do for contract staff. They also insist that it's the opposite company's responsibility. I have explained that no one will be implicated in any way. But they are worried. I am about to pull out all my hair. FYI, I have ID card from company A and appointment letter from company B showing I was contracted to company A. What can I do!!!! |

I think he should go to Nigerian immigration office and report. Maybe they can issue a new one. The identification page must be clear or else, it's basically useless. mamatwiny: |
There was a time it was as low as 415. It has also been as high as 470. No one can really say. It's just to do whatever you can to increase your score so that no matter what is it, you can still be eligible. yimiton: |
Goodness gracious. You applied in May and your card has not been charged? This is first of August. I assumed that 10-12 weeks was an exaggeration. I submitted in July and I was hoping to get highest end of September. If people in May are yet to even be debited...... Dammiehar: |
I would advise that you get someone to do this you. Look for a fingerprint technician and send multiple copies of the fingerprinted form so that the FBI can use the best. nkigirl: |
Hephgirl:First Column Signature: Your signature Residence: Your address Date: Signature of Official: Whoever assists you in taking the fingerprints is supposed to sign in that box Employer and Address: Leave blank as it refers to if your PCC is for employment purposes Reason Fingerprinted: Canadian Immigration ( you can check their website for reasons) Second Column Last Name;First name; Middle Name: Your name as required Aliases/AKA: if you have any other name ORI: I left it blank I think every other box is easy to figure out |
mike070:Yes you can swear an affidavit and go with it. I hope it helps. |
mike070:During the IELTS exam, they will ask you to fill a form to reflect any changes. You will be required to use the exact information on your passport whether wrong or not. If they crosscheck your passport and there any discrepancies, you must fill the form. There was a lady in my exam who filled her IELTS form with name Simbi Eze Spiff. Her passport says Eze Simbi Spiff. She was asked to change it to the passport formatl |
Thank you so much :-D Dammiehar: |
Hello. Thank you to everyone who has answered all the questions I have asked and other questions on this thread. I am the PA and I have my IELTS and ECA. My husband has IELTS but his school has not even sent his transcript to IQAS for ECA. Question: 1) Can I start the EE process with my IELTS and ECA and his IELTs. The CRS tool score is 459 with this. 2) If we do get ITA before he gets his ECA, do we still need to upload his ECA? Or no need and he can just use it to get a job in Canada or will it affect the PR chances? 3) Because I am the PA, he will transfer the POF to my account and I can submit LOE, statement etc. But does he also need to submit his own statement of accounts/bank reference letter since he is my dependent? |
mzjennypher:There is a form that IQAS instructs you to send to your school. It has a space for your school to sign. |
HR professionals in the house.. Has anyone tried to get the CPHR? Heard it is a prerequisite for HR jobs. Does anyone know the exact procedure? Check online but its all so confusing. I would hate to move to Canada(God willing ) and sit for a few months idle due to certifications or professional licensing. Anything I can do now, let me start. |
It looks like the draws are slowing down. It used to be a lot faster that this. Is it that the CIC may have reached their quota for 2017? Does anyone have any idea if they have almost reached the 300,000 PRs to be given this year? |
Hello everyone. I am the primary applicant and my husband is applying as my dependent because I am much younger and my CRS tool scores are much higher. However, he has all the funds that we need to show as POF in his account. Will he have to transfer the money to my account and give me a gift deed or LOE ? Or, since he is my spouse, can I just use his statement like that as POF and attach an LOE from him? And do I have to show any statement from the bank for myself as my money no reach or just one POF from one person is enough? Thanks everyone. |
Hello Everyone. 1) Regarding the FBI PCC, for those of us who live in PH and not Lagos, can we get our fingerprints taken either by a fingerprinting technician at any of the police stations or FRSC or Immigration offices in PHC or is it compulsory that we must go to Alagbon Ikoyi? A lot of us are working and can't take time off just for this and it's honestly too expensive to fly for this. 2) Regarding the Nigerian PCC, is it also compulsory that it must be done in Alagbon, Ikoyi? Please if you live outside Lagos, and you have done any of the above elsewhere aside from Alagbon, please advise. Thanks! |
Thank you. Blackbuddy: |
Hello everyone. New here! This is such a great forum! Question: for the POF, what if you do not have the money in cash or in your account. Can you also use your shares/stock in a foreign company to show POF or get a report from your stock broker showing that you have the equivalent amount required? Or do you need to convert it to Naira and pay into account. That would then indicate a big sum entering into the account and you would have to explain it. |
