The Niger Delta Avengers have congratulated Donald Trump after he won the US presidential election.



Trump defeated Hillary in the election held on Tuesday, November 8 in what has been described as an upset.


In a statement signed by the militants, they congratulated Trump and expressed hope that that the Niger Delta region will have a better relationship with him.

Can Marriage Still Survive In this Century


He bade me a nice day as he pasted a kiss on
my forehead. I am sure to have the kiss on my
lips when he returns, even when I fall asleep
his gentle touch on my lips will wake me.
Its been *40 years* of our marriage. He has still been making me feel like when I just got married to him.


Nothing changed about him except
for the gray hairs that are now shooting out. He carries me around in his hands not minding that I am not strong as I used to be when we got married. He would always tell me, "my jewel, if you say I should stop carrying you, who else will I carry". I would blush and release myself into his hand and like a baby I would bask in his love. Carrying me becomes an exercise I now long for and would remind him when he seems to forget.


He never stopped to tell me he loves me. No
matter how busy he seems to be in the office,
he would call... Sometimes just to say, "I love
you". I love his romantic and poetic messages
that he sends to me everyday. He enjoys the
way I lavish him with love too. He enjoys my voice as I do sing for him. We have a song we both learnt together and he enjoys it so much.
He enjoys my meal and would always tell me he found it difficult to eat outside. Taking a cooler along to office has been a thing he enjoys doing. And I have made up my mind to give him the best because if I don't, WHO else WILL


Even when we seem to have some issues, that is when he joins me most in kitchen. Seeing him with me those times would melt me as I would wonder the kind of person he is. That is when he wants to do more. He has never refused to eat my food because of issues at home.


Moreover, issues do not see the next day. Immediately, he would arrange what he calls
"family court". He would always want me to air
all my grievances first. I may even burst into
laughter before I finish mine because he
would pay total attention all along to what I had to say before he says his own. We would bring out our wrongs and address them. Fine and apology will follow. We call it "a fine of love".


The first fine I got was to cook a delicious meal for the family with my money alone. I gladly did it because I love cooking for them; because they enjoy my meal.


His own first fine was to cook alone for every body. My kitchen was messed up that day but it was fun watching him cook for us. We all laughed and had fun that day because it was like a drama. He told us he would cook better. We applauded him after he cooked because he really tried. He must have watched me to learn those styles. Lol...


Since the issue was just between both of us, none of our child would know of it or the settlement. The court would be for the two of us alone. Our children didn't know that he was actually serving punishment the day he cooked. Though some other times, he wants to do the same. Our children would hear only what is meant for their ears. We are both judges when our children do wrongs. They know us that we will get to the root of it.


The family altar was never neglected. We knew the family was put together by God and as such its altar must burn with fire if it must stand tall.


We both recognise the place of God in the
family. We hold hands to pray in the bedroom
each day before the general devotion.

help save marriage rather than destroy it.

Pandemonium in kogi state polytechnic this morming as a student (name withheld) allegedly aborted a six month old baby, the student who resides on campus woke to meet this omen as a premature baby was found behind one of their female hostel called hostel D.

The student gathered in scores to witness and gander on the occurrence, the hostel representative was called on to witness too, as soon as she got to the arena she tried sending the student back to their various domitaries, she did this for a while and all came to deaf ears as the student chanted in loud voices "we want to know the person that did this" the hostel rep came up with a suggestion by burying the deceased embroyo so as to reduce the crowd at the scene, minutes later the school securities came to the scene and see for thereself. When the school securities saw that the case is becoming out of hand they alerted the police and when they came they asked for the baby and they told the police that the hostel representative as buried it, they were shocked to ear that so immediately they got her arrested and took her to the police station for alleged murder, antecedently around 5am today a lady that stays in the hostel saw an unknown lady bending down as if she was excreting in a polythene nylon (as usual) when she apprehended her with her torch lamp, she then told the lady bending down that "if u finish shiting for that place u bet park ur shit" so the lady said she will as soon as she is done, unknowing that she is excreting a baby, the lady that apprehended the culprit could identify her if she Sees her, but since morning the lady as not been seen.

Uptill now the hostel rep and the lady that apprehended the culprits are still at the police custody. What a wicked world.

– Over 500 Ghanaian soldiers have said they are prepared to join Boko Haram and ISIS– The soldiers say joining the terrorist would be revenge for unfair dismissal.


-They claim that there was so much fowl play in the military boot camp from which they were kicked away there is a growing concern following agitation by some 501 sacked Army recruits who are threatened to join terrorist groups like ISIS or Boko Haram.

According to Ghana Web, the threat comes after what the soldiers have termed an unfair treatment after they were unceremoniously dumped out of boot camp.


The recruits said even though some of their colleagues were found wanting by the instructors, they had never claimed the training was too difficult as claimed by the leadership of the training school, the basis for which they were sent home.


Convener of the recruits Frank Antwi, in an interview with Adom News said though they could not complete their training, the training they had before the unfortunate dismissal from the training school is enough to qualify them to be recruited into ISIS or Boko Haram unless they are recalled into the training school. They believe they qualified but have been dismissed wrongly as a result of other considerations instead of their inability to complete the required training.


But a Security Expert and Assistant Director at the New York University, Dr Nicholas Nii Okine has condemned the threat and recommended that National Peace Council and the intelligence agencies step in.


He is suggesting counseling and mini reintegration process to re-tool them to perform other duties for the state, cautioning that this threat if not managed could be disastrous.

As regards, Kelechi Iheanacho, he should just keep working hard and stay focused. Anderson of Man utd was also one of the best at under 17 but never reached his potential.

Sanchez might have been unknown at under 17 but he is currently on the level of the world's best players. Kelechi has the potential to be as good or better. Right now, it is just potential.
