So okay so last week Tuesday night I ordered for a phone through konga
It was shipped through Kexpress as usual
Fast forward to Monday 8AM
The order tracking info shows that the item has been shipped to my state capital
From my state capital to where I live takes roughly 30 mins
What i dont understand is why the item has been in Kexpress for almost 3 days despite being in the state capital since monday
Is this normal?
