Get lost you discombobulated drab. Hope this isn’t the way you construct tenses if you’re a lawyer? Seek for a reimbursement of your tuition fees and compensation for wasting your 5years in uni plus a year law school and still came out a berk. Anu offia. Dyslexic cretin
Bro I've followed your argument on this thread painstakingly and I must admit you are right in all your submissions especially as I too know many people that have got their fingers burnt out of ill-advised trip outside naija. Heck, the recent evacuation of Nigerians from Libya in recent times are very fresh in our mind.

Now that being said, I think you are a bit too caustic in your words and approach here. Fighting and cursing just about almost everyone that quoted you here has subdued your message and made a mess of it. Funny thing is that you are so selfless as to fighting for the supposed gullible here but you have to be more gracious and tactful in your choice of words and mannerism in general.

If you read in between the lines you'll observe that the guys you are fighting even though their stories seemed embellished are still stating facts from their own perspective. Those you are afraid for (blue cola jobbers etc) are quite different from their target audience (professionals). Some of them have pointedly made it clear that if you don't have certain certificates or skills that you will suffer. I think they are being fair and open here.

Please nwanne mmadu rein in this unnecessary fight cos it benefits no one at the end. Cheers!

you don't have to leave Naija at all. Let her try to get a job as safety in naija. Tell her to visit any of the construction site in Nigeria and let them know what she can offer to safeguard the life of the site personnel working in site. The only issue is that Nigeria don't really take safety serious due to lack of enforcement except if she can get a job in any of the multinationals companies in Naija. She should try to visit their office and see if they have an opening for safety professionals.
Thanks bro. The bolded is our concern though and it affects the remuneration.

Anyways, we'll keep weighing our options.
Cheers!

she should come over to Dubai early next year cos they gonna be alot of opportunities for safety professionals. First off, she need to authenticate her BSc and waec at uae embassy in Abuja cos they need to stamp the photocopies of her credential with the uae stamp. Employers will need her authenticated credential when filing for residency visa for her here. Secondly, when she come over she will have to arrange her cv to uae format and start applying online or visit companies to drop her cv.
All the best bro!
Thanks bro but it's gonna be an unrealizable dream for us cos I intend to wife her before middle of next year and I have a good job in Naija (I gross about 12m annually here. Just that it'll make so much sense if she can even overshoot that). I can't leave my job to go with her as I'm more of a white cola jobber than a professional. Neither do I want to change career path. If I had worked for like ten years I wouldnt mind resign as I would be entitled to pension but I've barely worked for like four years now.

Please if you know of any good Company in Naija that may require her professionalism kindly give us a head up.

but for professionals!!!!. I work in a construction firm as an health and safety professional and I'm doing well. Those of us in the safety career have better chances than our competitors from other countries like India, Pakistan, etc cos we have the necessary certification and qualifications as per meeting the requirement to work as safety professionals in uae. Hse professional earn a minimum of 15000dirham (1.5m naira) per month if you have nebosh diploma. Inasmuch as your qualifications determine your paid as far as hse career is concern in uae, it also depends on your employers. some employers paid their safety professionals 22000 Dirham (2.2m naira) per month while other might paid as low as 5000 Dirham (500k) per month.
Wow! I live in Abuja and earn just about half of the highlighted amount. My fiancee will be done with her NYSC by February, 2020 and she has Bsc. Occupational Health and Safety from Middlesex Uni London. She also has various certifications including NEBOSH, IYOSH etc. We are already worried cos she may not get to practice her profession nor get a job that might compensate for that in remuneration here in Abuja when she eventually joins me after our marriage next year.
Reading the above, I'm in deep thought, I swear! And she is very intelligent and smart. Don't want her laying about, and she'll hate it too because she loves to be activesad
PoliticsRe: FG Launches Open Treasury Portal (OTP) by Nnamebuka: 2:29pm On Dec 10, 2019
Enzorazor:
The Nigerian Federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari has on Monday launched an Open Treasury Portal through the office of the Accountant General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris as directed by President Buhari. This is aim at embracing Financial Transparency and driving the anti-corruption war of this administration.

The initiative aims at ensuring transparency in government, as well as curbing corruption in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

President Muhammadu Buhari, who spoke while unveiling the portal in Abuja, said Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) has been mandated to issue a daily treasury statement of government’s transactions.

Represented by the Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Tayo Alasoadura, President Buhari explained that the Treasury statement will provide information and update about what comes in and out of the national purse.

The President is optimistic that the platform launched would further strengthen government’s drive towards curbing corruption through transparency and accountability.

Sweetchilli:
Brother, pregnancy is not calculated from the date of conception(the date you had sex). It is calculated with the date of her Last Menstrual Period. Ovulation is usually 2 weeks after the period. Add that to the 4 weeks that you had sex with her and you get 6 weeks. Why do you think pregnancy is usually 40weeks in women? It starts to count from the day of the last Menstrual period. Don't let men who don't know what pregnancy is confuse you.

This is for the uneducated men mentioning me and saying rubbish. You at least have access to the internet, why can't you just Google it instead of making uninformed statements and disgracing your ancestors
This is plausible cos my sister was hoping to be pregnant in her next cycle without knowing she was already pregnant. Something like this was explained to her. She nearly died of fear because she was taking antibiotics for her ulcer prior to her realization that she was pregnant. And they say is not good for a pregnant woman as it can cause mal-development/deformity of the baby.

The lady is a staff of NNPC and also the President of the disabled association (or something like that) in Abuja.

At least two or three of her bridal train members are her colleagues too. I can spot them.
Christianity EtcRe: What Is The Difference Between God And Lord? by Nnamebuka:
Snowale:
We all believe we can be called son of God(Not begotten son, God was never given birth to and never gave birth), if we can be called son of God and Jesus can also be called son of God, means we and Jesus are all ranked the same, but Jusus been more a prophet, a messanger and the second to the last prophet, ranked him above we humans, so we can call him our Lord or any other attributes that ranks him above us. There is no statement (unambiguous) in the Bible where Jesus said I am God or worship me. These two statements are ambiguous, but you prefer the meaning that says Lord and God is the same, why not otherwise.
Simple!

I don't know why our Christian faith is yet to make this simply unambiguous truth known to its adherents.

Jesus at no time considered himself equal with God nor did he ever covet position of the Godship. (Phil. 2: 5-7)

When he raised Lazarus from the dead he prayed. Question is to whom? to God! (John 11: 41-43)

Many scriptural quotations abound that prove that Jesus is not God nor did he consider himself to be one.

Tue to people who allowed themselves to be confused on a matter that is simple and straightforward. It is even more nauseating that they take pride in their ignorance. Am out of here!

BTW Lord either written in caps or not is a general title (not name) to denote a man of noble rank or a high office eg A JUDGE.
But God cannot be borne by any one (god maybe). God is exclusive to and can only be borne by God almighty which Jesus is not. As a result of his position as a prince (nobility/high ranking office) he however can be addressed as Lord. And countless times he was addressed thus by his disciples and the commoners.

Additionally 1 Corinthians 8:5,6 spoke of one God the Almighty and one Lord Jesus Christ.

I'm impressed by the maturity of commenters here. The outpouring of empathy is noteworthy.

Always remember that we are humans first before gender, tribe, religion etc.

Bravo all!
