"Shebi you get wife for house why you still deh flit perf" Okon ranted.

"Make una sharrap una deh disturb me" Harry screamed.
Harry navigated the bike into a narrow pathway.
"Harry see mad womenoooo she deh mount road block" Okon said.
"Na only one deh dia so na singular, na woman.wo and man" Harry clarified.
"Sharrap dia! You too deh form prof" Peter screamed at Harry.
"Peter or wetin dem de call you na me kill your fada? I get problem with your family? Why u no gree leave me" Harry rattled on. He was shocked when the lunatic refused to leave the way.
"I ko jam u oooo i no deh play! Commot for road no be me been give u madness" Harry screamed repeatedly horning. The lunatic didn't bulge, he swerved the bike from hitting her and almost landed in a nearby gutter. His friends jumped off like frogs on heat.
"Yeeeeh! Harry you stupid u for involve me for accident with mad woman" Okon gasped.
"Make we run she deh come" Peter said in fear.
"Oboi! Na mad woman you deh fear?" Udoh said standing properly to see what the lunatic would do.
The mad woman moved closer to them and was pointing at them and murmuring some incohorent words.
"Peter na you been put that woman belle? She deh point at you" a terrified James said. The lunatic picked up a stone and immediately Peter took his heels with the speed of Usain Bolt.
"Na Peter perfume deh attract dat woman" Okon said while removing his belt.
"If you wipe dat woman with dat belt no carry am climb my bike" Harry warned. The mad woman flunged the stone to Okon and the latter dodged. She bent down and picked up a nine inches block.
"Abasi mi ooooo! Madam no vex no be me been drive I'm just an innocent passenger" James begged and immediately they all took off deserting Harry to carry his cross alone.
"God where art thou?" Harry prayed.
"Why did your friends run?"
Harry stared intently to know who spoke.
"Mr. are you deaf those fucking niggars why did they run.yoo! they all suck mehn!!!!" The lunatic rapped.
"Madam were you a hippop artist before you ran out of sense?" Harry asked.

Rough games!

Most of the times, humans are faced with a dilema they can't understand. They tend to fight forward but then some external forces brings them backward and they try to put the blame on abstract factors but only the determined are ready to play it rough till the end.
Victoria felt that powerful flow in her subconscious to play it rough with Vera till she gets her trophy. Most best friends are the ones who quickly betrays the friendship code. Jealosy might be lurking round the corner when the bond of friends thickens. Victoria was passing by a business centre when she sighted Smart(Vera bf). They exchanged pleasantries and from Victoria vocals Smart could pinpoint a bad aura but couldn't decode the reason behind.
"Vicky are you ill?" Smart asked with concern.

Have you ever been a prisoner for love? A kind of love that will physiologically make you long for even a spittle from your lover.

Smart's voice made Vera shiver emotionally. The name 'Vicky' sounded like music in her ears.
"How will you feel if someone you love, doesn't reciprocate the gesture?" Victoria asked.
Smart inhaled deeply obviously, he knew where the question was heading to but he decided to play along.
"I won't be happy" Smart replied.
"Describe the emotional feeling, don‘t surface it!" Victoria said.
"Vicky i still doubt the fact that you stoped me on the road for an interview" Smart deadpaned.
"You don't know what is at stake now" Victoria chuckled.
"Damn you Vicky I'm not a gambler how will i know what is at stake" Smart stated at the verge of loosing his cool.
"We need to find somewhere to talk i have something to discuss with you" Victoria said.
"Vicky i know where this lovey dovey interview is heading i only love one lady" Smart reasoned.
"And who is that?" Vera asked with a mock grin.
"I got other important things to do"
Though Victoria was more angelic and beautiful than Vera. Any guy will kill to have Victoria but he won't cheat on the love of his life Vera.
"Damn you Smart! many guys will kill to have me i have this kind of mesmerizing effect but you are immuned to it you deserve an award" Victoria stated bitterly.
"Thank heavens you know! Vera remains my heart, i need to go" Smart said and turned to leave.
"You are one big asshole! Vera is galivanting with every ‘dick n harry' and here you are claiming to love a LovePeddler".

The five men agreed unanimiously to commence school. They dressed like the 15th century primary school teachers but they still had some element of doubt except Harry whose resolve to school was unwavering.

"Men abeg no vex we gast go school" Harry said keenly watching his friend's reaction.

After series of beer inspired debate they all agreed and choosed 'Nema Evening School'.

"Wetin be senator?" Peter asked.
"Ask babangida he ko sabi" Harry replied.
"Senator na person weh deh smoke for government house" James added.

Vera alighted from the taxi and the driver helped her offload her luggages.
"Hi babe" Praise screamed and hugged Vera. They looked at themselves in excitement and hugged each other again. They exchanged pleasantries with other lodge mates as they moved inside to drop their luggages.

"Babes oya i get gist" Vera said giggling.
"Tell us abeg" Praise offered.
They sat in the room that evening, the were four in number.
"There is this guy.............."


★Okon- Eket★

Harry sat with his friends the following evening.
"She talk say she ko reply me in seven days time" Harry said counting his fingers.
"She wan carry ur matter enter fasting?" Udoh asked.
"Me no sabi but i don dash am 30k make she carry lap skul" Harry said feeling high.
As if on cue, his friends laughed so hard, they even rolled on the floor.
"U give am 30k?" James asked.
"Why una deh laugh like fools na?" Harry asked baffled.
"Garri you stupid if na me been ask u for 10k everly u no for give me but see as u dash ashawo money abi u don Bleep am?" Okon commented, laughing hard.
"You deh mad! you get sense like that and you go marry woman wey deh like rabbit" Harry fired at Okon.
The statement hit Okon hard and without warning he attacked Harry but he was quickly restrained.
"Make una free me i wan chop dis fool like cabin biscuit" Okon roared trying to free himself.
"Baba you no fit touch even the cloth wey i deh wear" Harry said.
"Harry i ko wound you" an aggravated Okon roared.
"If u fit touch me make i baff naked for toilet" Harry roared.
"Make im no be, because girl commot to chop your money u ko deh insult me anyhow" Okon roared.
"Tah! me get better eye i no fit marry wetin woman use mouth vomit" Harry fired.
"Garri bet me that girl ko useless you" Okon said stretching his hands for a bet.

Harry arrived home soliloquizing about Okon's words, he made a decision to commence school.
But a question kept ringing in his mind: "Are you doing this for yourself or for a woman who you are not sure of her feelings for you".
He lay down on the bed, for the first time his hardness resolved. He felt confused, weak and dejected. His eyes was filled with tears and his heartbeat faster than normal.
Gosh! Harry is in love.

Vera thought for a while " Harry go to school first we'll talk about dat later" Vera concluded.
"Vera pls will u marry me! noooo sorry! Will u date me?"
"I'll give u the reply in a weeks time let me weigh the pros and cons" Vera said staring hard at Harry.

"Vera a week na how many days?"

"Wetin u deh laff?" Harry asked.

He retrieved his bike and made a funny pose on it. Vera hopped on and Harry rode off.

They alighted twenty minutes later at Utimanik suites. The interior decoration of the resturant made Harry smile like a fool.
"What's tickling your fancy Harry" Vera asked but he only nodded like an agama lizard. They took their seat and as ordered, Vera took coconut rice garnished with beef while Harry ordered pounded yam with vegetable soup. Half way to their meal, Harry started displaying his inborn foolishness by asking useless question.
"Can you cook like this?" Harry asked with a mouth-ful of food.
"I can even cook better" Vera answered him proudly.
"Ok how do they boil rice?" Harry fired a useless question.
His question got Vera a bit on her nerves.
"Did you bring me here to interview me on my culinary skills?" Vera asked. Harry didn't even get her question, he fired another one. "Me and you who cook pass?" Harry rattled on.
"How do you expect me to know?" Vera answered in the same vein.
It seem their date was a series of "questions and questions.
"U get patner?" Harry asked.
"What kind of patner do you mean?" Vera asked him, taking a sip of her juice.
"Patner as in G.F and B.F?" Harry clarified.
"Why are you asking?" Vera fired her question.
"I wanna know cuz i intend on embarking on a journey to sugariva" He borrowed those words from John thames titled 'If ' but his American accent sounded like yoruba.
Vera chuckled "where is Sugariva"
"It is the planet of love aloft the blue rivers" he applauded himself for his spoken english.
"Like serious! You love me?" Vera asked baffled.
"I do and i deh ready to marry you i swear" He shivered when he thought he was too straight forward.
"Get this Mr. with all due respect I'm a student i have a future i won't daint it by marrying you" Vera stated.
But she got scared when she saw the burning desire in Harry's eyes. A desire for true love. She softened. "Harry I'm sorry for raising my voice at you" She sincerely apologised.
"Don't mention na so my life deh if to say st....."
"Shhhhh Harry you can do better i see potentials in you! The way you speak shows the spirit you could enroll in a school." Vera said holding his hands.

"Go school for my age dat means i ko deh throw punch with teacher! Teacher ko be like: Affiong give to me names of trouble maker, Affiong ko write my name i ko deh shout with bass Affiong star my name, give am twenty star infact add Garri God punish u! but if i catch you for road ur body ko hear am. Vera was sitted at the balcony of her dad's house with her immediate senior sister whose name was Favour. The latter schooled at the state university.
"You should be tidying up your things today" Favour said when she noticed Vera wasn't making any preparation to return to campus.
"One hunk promised to take me out" Vera said.
"Oh gist me who is the person?"
Favour said amidst gigles.
"There is one weirdo i met on the way to aunty Rose house. Very modest and funny guy but he is a stark illiterate!"
"So?"
"His name is Harry, Harry the Garri" Vera said.
"OMG!! What such of name is that?" Favour gasped.
"The guy was blunt, he asked me out for a relationship" Vera said in whispers.
"So let me get you right! You met a stark illiterate on the street and he asked you for a date and you accepted?" Favour asked in disbelief.
"There is something about that guy i need to xplore" Vera stated.
"What do you wish to xplore! Indulge me" Favour added suspiciously.
"Money tinz na" Vera stated.
"I pity you what of Smart your guy?" Favour asked.
"Dn't worry bae when i get wat i want i handsoff immediately but no one should know" Vera said in quick whispers.

Harry immediately wrote Chelsea, Man city and Man-U on the ground. "Oya Peter come show me which one be man.u. But Harry never knew he was showing off his dumbness, he wrote 'jelsee, mamceetey, mamyou'
"Oya Peter point Chelsea for this ground.
"Harry you too deh rate me low who u be sef! U don baff! Who u epp!" Peter voiced in an angry tone.
"Bobo cheelax" Harry said stiffling his laughter.
Peter dashed out and returned with a teenager.
"Tamonu check those tinz for ground ehn correct"
Harry's face immediately flushed.
"These spellings are wrong broz" Tamonu then wrote the correct spellings.
"Which oxford version you deh use sef! English na creativity no be wetin Wole Soyinka talk u create ur own i create mine! No hard feelings" Harry stated.
"My guy u deh mad see the man God delight to punish" Peter said.

His phone rang, he picked the call and was informed by Vera that she is outside. He dresssed up and was looking fly. He met Vera looking extremely beautiful.
