Wow! It's a problem because the idea is no mutual. However, this is her life now and just have to make the best of it. She missed all the obvious signs when they were dating and besides, you never mentioned they cohabitated. What is obvious is, some women stop FULLY taking care of themselves after marriage like they were when they were dating. Proper hygiene is a universal language.
