Politics › Bola Tinubu Committed Perjury And Should Be In Jail by nonhuman(op): 11:01am On Apr 15, 2023 |
Many do not know that INEC's President-Select Bola Ahmed Tinubu the cocaine and heroine traffícker should be in jail for committing perjury as he abandoned his earlier claims of attending a primary school, named St Paul Aroloya Children Home School, Ibadan and a Secondary school named Government College Ibadan, GCI, sworn in an affidavit to run for Governor in 1999.
The false declarations made under oath by Mr Bola Tinubu as contained in the two documents, that is: Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC Nigeria, Form CF001 declared and verified under Oath by Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu (now Governor of Lagos State) before the Commissioner for Oaths at the High Court Registry, Ikeja on December 28, 1998,” the court document had read.*
Fast forward in 2022 and in a twist of fate because of the exposure and awareness of his drug business, certificate forgery, identity thefts etc Émi ló kàn in his presidential form now claimed he did not attend any primary and secondary schools leaving the spaces blank because he knows if he fills them he will not be able to defend it in a court of competent jurisdiction.*
To be candid in October 1999 the late legal icon and fiery Human Rights lawyer Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN) exposed and sued the “Oluwole and Chicago certificate forger Tinubu but The Federal High court after heavy financial inducement, in its judgement ruled that Tinubu as then sitting governor could not be tried as he enjoyed immunity from prosecution. The Appeal Court also upheld the judgement of the lower court.
The late legal luminary Gani Fawehinmi refused to give up because he knows that Tinubu did not attend those schools he claimed now headed to the Supreme Court and the apex court ruled that though Tinubu enjoyed immunity from prosecution, he could be investigated by the police over the allegation and tried after his tenure.
Now, 16 years after his inglorious tenure as the most corrupt governor of Lagos state, who looted the state to stupor, the Nigeria Police Force has refused to charge him as ruled by the Supreme Court because of fantastic bribing in hundreds of millions of naira from Tinubu, but now everything will be brought to the light except the judiciary wants to pérvert justice but it will end up disgracing and ridiculing itself because the world is keenly interested and watching as the Election Tribunal begins soon.
Any supposedly educated and sane person still supporting this criminal is a functional illiterate and an effectual Buffon.

Tingotoe: He's 100% correct. The FCT's votes are not superior to that of any other state. Peter Obi and his party are wasting the court's time and by the way, why does Obi want to get the presidency through the backdoor? Why insist on pursuing this on technical grounds? what is in contention here is what the constitution says and not what you think |

Brendaniel: Some people will start shouting IPOB but forgetting that the same Delta state has witnessed heightened police brutality in recent times same thing the army and Police are doing in the south east, I pity any security agent who joins in protecting and fighting for these politicians, then you now brutalize citizens and then think the citizens might not take revenge...
A lot of the killings of security agents in the south east have nothing to do with IPOB, it is a mixture of so many things ranging from vengeance, armed robbers, kidnappers, political fights and so on.
In all I blame Buhari for not handling security as a whole, would Abacha leave insecurity to get to this level as head of state? buhari brought the insecurity in the south east, with his hate for the region |
