The serene community of Umuoba irete in Owerri West Local government Area of Imo State is currently under fear, as villagers have deserted the populated town over the killing of a young man (name withheld).

Ifeanyicy a blogger in owerri learnt that, a young man stabbed his fellow youth to death, and a mob action was carried out by the youths of the community leading to the death and burning of the guy who stabbed the other to death.

The scenario has created panic and fear, as we write, residence of the community has fleed to avoid mass arrest by the police
