pocohantas: I can’t ever remember saying I am rich, maybe you can point me to where I said such. That said, any woman with a vagina knows roadside or small hairdressers BRAID hair BETTER than big salons. Some big salons do not even braid hair because it is time consuming. All they do is fixing, manicure, pedicure and the likes. When they braid, it is overpriced and I have things to do with my money, not pay 25k to braid hair that I will definitely loosen in 2 weeks.
That said, if you have money to giveaway, abeg consider me. Ese Sir. You didn't exactly say you were rich, you implied. Someone who buys a plate of soup for 4500, is rich by Nigerian standards. Na me go drop my account for you. I never chop food reach that level. |

pocohantas: I will say it depends on the quantity and quality of the food. There is this place I buy afang soup, they sell a small takeaway plate @ about N4500. With delivery is approx N5500. Now would I not cook a good pot of afang soup of about 1l with N4500 and eat it many times? That is assuming I have the basic ingredients sha.
For me, I also consider the energy and time involved- that is what makes it expensive to always cook at home. Sometimes I just order out to save myself stress abeg.
Anyway, I noticed na poor people chop outside pass o. Whenever I am braiding my hair in those roadsides hairdressers, I will watch the woman buy N100 rice for her kids.
We should also consider the fact that many Nigerians do not have bulk money to use and cook a single meal. Soup wey them no even get light/refrigerator to preserve.
I think it is healthier, but not always cheaper. You're rich, and yet you braid your hair with roadside hairdressers. Big salon hairdressers no sabi?

Kindly find somewhere to bury your ego, we don't need such attitude in here! Last time I checked, my reply wasn't to you. You can practice your herd mentality attitude with someone else. |

This is an FTA forum and I humbled myself to gain from you, because I was so excited to get a new info of something interesting to track today. But you went ballistic on me, anyway nor vex , I thought we all are operating under a one love family. I never knew that asking a question to gain more Makes me an arrogant person. Anyway God bless you for passing such a quick and hash judgement on someone who took you as a friend. Take your fake humility and shove it. You probably think you're addressing a kid. Satellite TV Technology › Re: Free To Air Satellite Tv General Thread by nonut: 11:07pm On Feb 26, 2021 |
sekzy99: Thanks for the response. I will go with the option of getting someone to help with what I need while I learn as they set it up.
Seen few folks but they are giving different options for me to pick from.
I need someone to help with the accessories (how many dish and which one is good for my location, which decoder is OK to get too as it seems those two are the major components) to get which I will buy and get an installer to help install.
I need views for local n foreign movies and few sports channels or local channels.
Was told I need 3 dishes by a vendor, another said 2. I just need clarification on the items to buy considering I stay around Lagos Ibadan express road. Thanks boss If you live in your own house or a house without the landlord living in it, you can buy a 1.8m dish. You can join cband and Ku band together in one dish, to get more interesting channels. |

Simplyleo: The sultan is very correct.
Yes, there are pockets of bandits and criminals among the herdsmen, but calling all fullanis bandits is the height of foolishness and illiteracy.
The fact that baby factories are common features of some places does not make everybody from those places product of the factory. Is just a business enterprise.
Also, the fact that Evan is the founder of kidnapping business in Nigeria does not mean all igbos are kidnappers. You're obsessed with Igbos. |
