No damn GCE is required! Even in higher learning, when u obtained ur second degree in masters u wouldnt need ur first degree. U only present the degree u currently obtained. The only diff is that in ur CV they would see that u're a graduate of so so & so university. But wat they look up to would be ur current certificate of which ur last certificate became a prerequisite for it
