Family / Re: Should A Man Love His Wife More Than His Mom? by noob03saibot(m): 5:06am On Sep 11
real691:
Anyone who dares compare herself to my mother is my enemy

True, my wife's love for her children is far more than what she can give me. Mother's love is a wonder of nature

That picture attached is fire bro. My mother, my life. Woman who helped bring me into this earth. The only woman that can love you unconditionally. She is simply uncomparable to any other woman.

Why are you so pained? Even my wife knows the position of my mother is above everybody.

Take sex away and the love men claim they have for their wives will be greatly reduced.
Keep deceiving yourselves!

Kane and Abel was a master class man.

Sydney Sheldon is my all time favorite but between those two you listed Kane and Abel was the best, but not as great as wind mills of the God and master of the game by Sydney Sheldon. Same bloodline too. I read those books over 5 times each.
I remember it. Never read the book, but saw the movie many many years ago on VHS. Lovely story. It had two female twins later on it, Alex and Eve I think.

is that friend of yours working for a Nigerian organization? And if I may ask, in the screenshot why did you ask if it was a start-up?

Peter is ignorant of the fact that music labels and churches are involved in money laundering. He will soon put his brothers in trouble. NorthSide Entertainment is the real music company, Northside Music is the money laundering firm used by Jude and his contacts to move money around purportedly as a legit front, but just a fraud money spv. It is not music money, so Peter must have seen his brothers living larger than him without knowing they have another funnel.

The assumption that the proceeds are for sale of their America home is a plausible deniability and an alibi.

Clearly, his brothers kept him in the dark because his mouth no dey close. Now that he has exposed Jude to EFCC, I do not think there is forgiveness in the street for sneeches.
Gbam!!!! This was what came to my mind. I smelt a rat somewhere that money laundering is involved.

Fact is that tinube nor send anybody, subsidy is still very much alive and all the money Dy enta one person pocket.... Yeah, they are poor but are going somewhere. Do you know that they have a space exploration program like NASA and have even launched a satellite into space? They are geniuses when it comes to medicine and STEM. Let's not even they have a strong entertainment industry. They may not be the brightest but at least they show effort to be great.
India is miles ahead of naija. Especially in that STEM area.

Nigerians are ingrates. They will never fight for Nigeria...only running to places that others fought to keep intact.
When they get there, it is either they try to mess up the system or in rare cases when they survive, they will jump on social
media to tell how the citizens of their host countries are lazy and idiots. I can only imagine what it takes to tolerate our
people. Remarkably what other countries hate about Nigerians are exactly what Nigerians hate about Nigerians---the unwarranted
"peacocking" over any little success. Everything will be "working codedly" until Nigerians show up.

If they are that educated as they claim due to unlimited number of degrees, if they are as wise as they claim, why can't it reflect
in their home country and make Nigeria great? It is all bogus. Nigeria is a good indicator that multiple degrees is a not a true
measure of intelligence. Many have come across many educated idiots and Nigerians are no exceptions.

Looks more like a Crocodile tears to me.

That was how my wife was crying on our wedding day when she was escorted into the car to be taken to our honetown. She held on tight to her parents and refused to let go until my mum shouted at her. cheesy cheesy

In my mum's words; "stop all these pretentious tears, you've been coming to visit my son and had even spent weeks with us despite telling your parents that you're in school. If you don't stop all these drama now, I'll tell them the rest of the story...." My wife immediately wiped her tears and gently entered the car. How her tears magically dried up remained a mystery. cheesy cheesy

The very first advice that my mum gave me about marriage was to never be swayed by a woman's tears. In her words, it's "mere acting". cheesy cheesy

First semester ended today, 5 more to go. When I was coming I was so scared especially with the idea of studying In Spanish but so far so good. If I maintain my grades as they are, I would be finishing with a maximum distinction or as they call it here distinción máxima.

I am so glad I made the move when I did. I don't think I spent up to 8 million for everything. Paid my full tuition fee and paid a year's worth of rent. To move to Chile from Nigeria now will cost at least 16 to 20 million. Also, legalising your documents will be a huge challenge. Ghana has stopped accepting Nigerian documents due to the high amount of fake documents so you would need to travel to Kenya to do it or Argentina.

I am surprised especially when I read from those in the west about how hard it is to get menial jobs here in Chile you can get any menial job today if you want but those jobs pay only minimum wage and are only enough to sort out rent and food. The good thing especially if you are in tech and have the right skills, there's a lot of opportunities here but I will say If you are in tech, you need to bring your A game. Interviews here aren't like how they are in Nigeria especially If you haven't worked at top faang like firms. Interviews here are much more difficult. My tech bros will understand.
8 mill for everything, even including a year's rent and a full tuition fee. dammn!!! That's a crazy deal. Really cheap

For most Chelsea fans, this match will easily be the one with the highest tension, I can't forget it in a hurry. Chelsea vs Barca UCL match where iniesta scored the long range goal also gave so much tension.
Both sets of fans were soaked in tension :man utd and barca fans I mean, not only chelsea. Even though they both came out victorious. Except if you meant heart break. Yes, for Chelsea fans those two matches I think gave them their deepest heart break. But for tension, naaaaaaaa. Man utd fans were sweating under the ceiling fan that night. Same with barca fans in the Chelsea match.

Chelsea Barcelona 2012 (2nd leg) semi final

Those two matches are incredible
the one against barca, was it the one Torres scored that late goal after Lionel hit the woodwork with a penalty? I think Terry was also sent off in that game.
Family / Re: Can A Woman Love Her Husband And Not Love His Family? by noob03saibot(m): 4:14pm On Feb 09
Dancebreaker:

By African culture, you are married into a new family.

In SW and SS, a traditional wife will call all her in-laws, boys, girls, old and young "my husband".

We first need to define how we want it. To be Africans or Westerners. We must decide.

@ MisterBanny

The truth is, a woman only loves her kids. The hubby is the vehicle to achieve her plans and tick the married box.

Remember that a woman marries the guy who seeks her out (at least the guy likes her enough to pick her), not the guy she would have liked. Yes, she can refuse but genuine and serious options are limited. So marrying a man does not mean she loves him. More men love their wives than the reverse. Doing wifely duties as custom demands is not equal to love.

Hubby's family members are by and large mere background noise and nuisance to most women. To avoid, if possible.

A wise lady knows that a guy loves his parents, so she treats her in-laws right to please him. That's it.
Realest comment I have read this year. So true
