Politics / Re: List Of Those APC Blame For Nigeria's Lack of Progress Under Buhari by normrebel(m): 9:25am On Jan 25, 2016 |
So I hear Sahara Reporters has been flying an article "raising concerns about Buhari's health"? Let me be the first to disabuse any notions of Buhari's ill health from your mind. The man is hale and hearty. He is like akwara anu, what the Igbos fondly call "atakata agbupu". Hausas call it "jani n jaka", I don't know what the Yorubas call it, but you know it - that piece of meat that refuses to get chewed and by extension, swallowed! You will chew and chew and chew until you spit it out in frustration. So Sahara Reporters, nice try but no show. Any attempts to use that yeye rumour to buy sympathy for our very own, home grown maximum ruler will not work. No sympathies, he signed on for the job and we are sure he knew his own capacity before accepting to take it on. We are not moved. My prayer for Nda Buhari is that he will live long to receive a resounding rejection at the 2019 polls. He will not chicken out by claiming ill health or even attempting to die. Mbanu! *in Orubebe's voice* We wee nor tekkit! Any attempts to fall sick or die on the job, holy ghost fayaaaaaaaaa! Amen! I have added your long life to my prayer points Sir, it is well with you. You must enjoy four years of opposition dogging your every footstep. PS: All of you rejoicing that the man is sick, no go peme before the man o. Focus jare, opposition is sweet! 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Career / Re: Working In Abuja Vs Lagos by normrebel(m): 3:28pm On Dec 21, 2015 |
Op: don't listen to many folks here, they are still kids. The hardest decision for a man is usually location. Things will work out well for you if you are the land that God intended for you. Pray for direction. Personally having lived in both Abj and Lag I'd say go for Abj. It more serene and less mad. The housing is the only down side I know of. Lagos even though is the center of commerce isn't a good place to start and certainly not to raise a family. Prayerfully make your choice, but for me I'd choose abj for reasons you already know. 5 Likes |

Career / Re: I Want To Sack My Employee I Was Crushing On. by normrebel(m): 10:12am On Dec 19, 2015 |
Op: Be sure the rest of your employees knows what up already, cos she has told them, she has probably boast of how she will misbehave and u won't do shiit about it,if it where me this is what I'd do. 1. Call a meeting. Tell them how you appreciate how hard they work ,and how good of an employee they are. 2. Apologise. Yes apologise. This will take balls. Tell them you are the boss, but you broke your professional ethic by letting your emotions influence your position and business and thus it has started to effect the conduct of your employees, and that you failed to lead by example. And such should never repeat itself. 3. Call her by name(because they all know by now what's up). Apologise to her. Tell her you are sorry that you let your intentions known to her, tell her your feelings where honest and you had no bad intentions. Then proceed to tell her that in as much as your approaching her was your fault that her conduct and undermining of your authority isn't your fault, she should know that even if she were your wife,in that office, you are her boss and should conduct herself as thus. 4. Pay her up for the month and FIRE HER,make she learn. This will earn you both admiration and respect. 2 Likes |
