I am looking for a school to apply to against September 2014 academic yr. My program of choice is not really offered in most schools and most offer it as a 3yrs course as against Lambton who offers it for 2yrs accelerated with co-op.(power engineering technology).

They pick interest on applicants who used sponsor as father, mother, bro, sis, husband, wife and treat them faster. I am not saying those who used uncle or antie or cousin or friend or neigbour or company cannot get approvals oh but they process those one when they like. Look at most peopke geting medical calls. Ask them who their sponsor were and u will conlude 85% are close sponsorship having high success rate.

That is an absolute 'no truth no proof statement" what of people that applied April and just got called and where sponsored by their parents, and people who where sponsored by their neigbours who got called after one month? we can never deciphers these peoples pattern.

Best thing for us ALL is Submt the right documents watch and pray. Lets stop thinking for the VO's.

Siga: ....Ah... @earthgreeners... u fall my hand small... they didnt keep themselves apart... the visa takes that long, but I think its faster now....

Anyway...I dont think u will be refused... they know ur family dey there... all they refused u on was that u guys were of age at the time of the processing which kicks against the criteria... dont worry... just wait and see wat comes out of it... u shouldnt be refused... Trust in God...

@siga Thank you. i have followed this blog for a while and you have a away of always saying the right things.God bless you for what you do for the people up here.

dear all my case isa very perculiar one.

where do i start from?
my family applied for permanent residency about 7 years ago and then i was within the age range for the family class application. it took them seven years to call us and by then i was above 22. my self and my sister where refused, and my mum and dad along with my brother where granted trv.
we where very sad and swong into plans to try every means possible to reunite.i applied to the university of SAIT in calgary and was granted admission. i had initially schooled ih Ghana and Emgland respectively.
i submitted my application on the 21st of May 2013.
included necessary school transcripts,my dads sttenment of account in canada of about 50,00 dollars, and 90 million fixed deposit in Nigeria here.c of o of houses, coy certifacte and an account balance of about 1.5 million Naira.
i know on the financial aspect i am good.
my only fear is i really dont have any family ties in Nigeria.my family lives in Canada. and that is there most common reason for refusal. can the vo be so wicked as to keep me and my family apart?
i dont know if anyone here has experienced similar case or knows someone who has.my family believes that we are good to Go, and that God will perfect what he has started.
I strongly believe in him too and hope my expected end is joyful.
decided to share this here because i know you are a fmily and will definetely help to calm my nerves.
God bless you as you respond.
