Politics › Re: Bola Tinubu's Certificate Forgery & Perjury clarified By David Hundeyin. by NothingDoMe: 12:42pm On Mar 30, 2023
Eniitankorede:
David Hundeyin must be on drugs. He cooks up fakw stories that cannot be substantiated and brainless Obituaries believe him because they want any ray of hope that Obi can be declared winner through hook or crook. I believe Obi has petitioned INEC, we shall see in court. The certificate issue has been taken to court several times in the past. Nothing came out of it.
Tinubu should sue him. Go to court!

Yes. Would have been possible under LP especially if Obi had won on first count

If the populace can not bare their anger, for fraudulent Election, then it's good to form Interim Government, so that those who don't like such idea will prepare for counter government.. Period
The interim government is a ploy to dodge the tribunal given its international publicity.

Now they're starting to understand why Biden hasn't congratulated Tinubu yet.

Whether fraud was done or not isn't supposed to be decided on social media or in the beer palours either.
The matter is in court and we should allow the legal redress run as it should.
The noise being made by opposition to shape public opinion and distort reality is not only manipulative, it is also vile.
Anyone who alleges fraud must prove it.
I don't agree. There's hardly any notable court case that there's no massive social media commentary. These are the perks of democracy. You can't pick and chose democratic acts at will.
Politics › Re: Update On Peter Obi & Labour Party's Petition At The Tribunal by NothingDoMe: 12:30pm On Mar 30, 2023
skj1377:
It will die a natural death. They should ask Buhari how many petitions he wrote between 2003 and 2014. As if we did not have Supreme court then.
Let tiffnubu respond first. All this talk about interim government is hogwash.

Trying to use DSS to scuttle the tribunal will not work.

Na on social media dem de release Intel.
Now we understand why DSS suddenly appeared on Twitter.

Agberos that unconstitutionally obstructed voting process were ignored by DSS. Now they've concocted imaginary interim government in support of democracy in Nigeria.

Wonderful supporters indeed.
Politics › Re: Name & Arrest Those Plotting An Interim Govt - Yabagi Sani, IPAC Chairman To DSS by NothingDoMe: 11:49am On Mar 30, 2023
Yes! Because so far only DSS and APC have official knowledge of the interim government. They should let us know when and where they had the meeting.

All this scam na just to dodge Obi's Petition nothing more nothing less. If DSS scuttles the tribunal under any pretext, then it's confirmed they are working for blubulaba.
Politics › Re: Interim Government: Why Tinubu Cannot Be Sworn-in On May 29 by NothingDoMe: 11:49am On Mar 30, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
The DSS supports the President and Commander-in-Chief in his avowed commitment to a hitch-free handover and will assiduously work in this direction. It also supports the Presidential Transition Council and such other related bodies in the States. It will collaborate with them and sister security and law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless inaugurations come 29th May, 2023.

Consequently, the Service strongly warns those organising to thwart democracy in the country to retract from their devious schemes and orchestrations. Stakeholders, notably judicial authorities, media and the Civil Society, are enjoined to be watchful and cautious to avoid being used as instruments to subvert peace and stability of the nation.

While its monitoring continues, the DSS will not hesitate to take decisive and necessary legal steps against these misguided elements to frustrate their obnoxious intentions.

Seun is not seeing them now that NL is being used by these unpatriotic elements to subvert our democracy and he is not doing anything about it yet until others start speaking the language these elements like OP understand.
Lol now we understand why DSS suddenly remembered to join Twitter 😅
Politics › Re: They Have Started Putting Words Into Your Mouths by NothingDoMe: 11:47am On Mar 30, 2023
CorrectionFLuid:
They know obidients are not organized under one central leadership.

They know obidients are passionate.

They know passion translates to emotion.

They know they can project obidients as Igbo.

They are now putting words like interim government into your mouth.

They know obidients will talk about it.

They will then use it as pretext to arrest Peter Obi, and therefore stop him from going further with the legal case(s), and this will make Nigerians talk about his release, instead of the stolen mandate.

Then the case will die or so they hope.
Only APC is talking about interim Government. The last time we checked, they've still not replied Peter Obi's petition.

Any attempt to foist interim govt in order to avoid going to court will be resisted.
Politics › Re: Interim Government: Fani-kayode Urges DSS To Arrest Atiku, Peter Obi by NothingDoMe: 11:44am On Mar 30, 2023
Peter Obi didn't call for interim government. Only APC is calling for one. The so called meetings must be at APC headquarters.

Since Obi filed petition there's been a lot of confusion in the APC camp. I'm yet to see a legal counter to the petition. Just cries about interim government and other nonsense talk.

What's my business with what other people said?

They have 21 days to respond with their own take, facts, and strategies and you have zero clue per what counter-facts they have regardless of 21 days or 100 days. so what you and the OP are hammering on is basically baseless and redundant.

The APC filling any petition against Obi is really not necessary because his petition is rubbish to start with, it's not even worth their time to pick up any fight about his eligibility to run, that's immaterial because he lost fair and square and his petition is basically Obi cruising around aimlessly and feeding red meat to his clueless supporters to feast on.

Imagine a dead-last loser 3 stairs down crying that his mandate was stolen. Stolen by who? Atiku or Asiwaju?

His petition is really a comedy skit.
I have zero interest in vile vituperations. Thaku.
Politics › Re: Abuja 25% Requirement by NothingDoMe: 10:49pm On Mar 29, 2023
plaindealer:
Again, they don't need a new petition to deal with Obi's petition, their 21 days deadline is enough.
That's what seunmgs said. A cross petition will be filed against Obi. Bren disagreed and your document affirms it.

You jumped in the discussion without first understanding what was being discussed and ended up aiding your opponent. lol
Politics › Re: Abuja 25% Requirement by NothingDoMe: 9:30pm On Mar 29, 2023
plaindealer:
According to the electoral act of 2022, the respondent is entitled to 21 days to respond after being served by the petitioner.

There's a legal reason why the APC delayed getting served, they are running the clock against Obi, and they are using legal tools and maneuvering to their advantage.

Yes, you are wrong, Obi delaying his petition till the end of the required time to file the petition has nothing to do with the respondent's timetable to respond, the respondent's time to respond starts on the day he or she was served.

Read the electoral act before your next post to avoid embarrassment.
What you just shared said the respondent will reply Obi petition and not institute a fresh petition against Obi. That's the exact same thing the OP is saying.

Do you guys understand English? That is response to petition, not filing of fresh petition...
Lol. They understand. They are indirectly saying they'll file it all the same to waste time. They have 💯 confidence in their court structures to handle the case for them.
