Abuja is considered the 37th state for the 25% requirement Lol did you read the case? Buhari said Obasanjo did not get 25% in FCT but could not prove it therefore it was struck out even before it got to Supreme court. Make una dey play😄

Politics › Re: Let's Discuss Peter Obi's Petition Here by NothingDoMe: 12:40pm On Mar 23, 2023 |
jumobi1: Proceeds of Narcotics however it was a civil forfeiture. Keyamo also said it was civil and I agree with him. Tinubu wasn’t the defendant but rather the funds in his accounts were. In my opinion, Tinubu was involved but it’s only an opinion not a conviction. It’s not enough to disqualify him. I have a hard time believing someone as educated as Tinubu was in 93 innocently had drug money in his account. I read the complaint…but sometimes people get away with things. FBI agent Kevin Moss requested that the courts freeze Tinubu's account. No individual has the power to approach the court to freeze a person's account except he is the creditor. This is clearly a federal matter. Are you aware that Tinubu filed a lawsuit against the order freezing his accounts even after discussing with the FBI? Are you aware that Tinubu dragged this case for over a year before agreeing to forfeiture? Finally do you think this matter is about a conviction? Nehi. There's more in the constitution about this. This is why i believe APC hasn't responded with a counter yet even though they claim that their toddlers can win this case. |

Investments and assets are not listed but you can include them to show strong hometies Yes it's not listed on the webpage in the link. I was surprised at the simplicity as compared to when I applied some years back so I logged into my IRCC account and saw that the detailed instructions are still there. That's where he got the document list he's referring to: Temporary ResidentsIf you are visiting Canada, you must prove that you can support yourself and the family members who will be with you while you are in Canada. Provide as many of these documents as you can: your bank statements for the past four months a bank draft in convertible currency pay stubs an employment letter proof of assets or business proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees tax reports, declarations or statements proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution a letter from the person or institution providing you with money proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program proof of a Canadian bank account in your name if money has been transferred to Canada |

It is encouraging, first, that the losing candidates are pursuing their claims through the courts. They have until March 31 to present their petitions to Nigeria’s appeals court tribunal, which would be expected to issue a written decision within 180 days. This write up is riddled with a lot of inaccuracies and presuppositions. But because of the problems, the result is being challenged by his two closest rivals, Atiku Abubakar, who won 29 percent and Peter Obi, who got 25 percent. Mr. Abubakar, Mr. Obi and their supporters claim the election chaos means the voting was rigged in favor of the ruling party, but they have yet to produce concrete evidence of malfeasance. They are demanding the election be rerun. This makes no sense. They should present evidence to the Washington post or what? Why should the Washingtonpost assume that the "problems" on election day are insignificant when they were not on ground? Foreign observers who were on ground decried the process and encouraged aggrieved parties to channel their grievances through the courts. But Washingtonpost is now the court of law for aggrieved parties to submit their evidences. Is like agbado don reach their side. |

BitterTruth01: The 1st one and the 4th one are weak but the rest are strong .
On the 1st one , the forfeiture is a civil one so the indictment was against the property not the individual. Yes the plaintiffs can argue that that a forfeiture represents a fine but the defence can counter that the property paid the fine itself and not the defendant. To further buttress their point, they can argue that if no charge or indictment was brought against him in the first place, how could he have been the one paying the fine ? There’s gonna be an argument but I honestly think the drug lord wins this one
On the 4th one the plaintiff can argue that since the FCT has no elected executive (they only have an elected senator) , the president is acting as executive governor and ruling them through the FCT minister . In order for the president to act as their governor , he must be elected by them. If another person rules them whom they did not vote for , then it should be unconstitutional It’s a very strong argument but I think the party of crooks takes this one Cos we all know that in Nigeria, grey legal areas like are usually interpreted in the favour of the more powerful/influential party even it means disenfranchising the good people of Abuja .
Asides from these two , in all the other areas , APC /INEC has no viable defence. I disagree with your submission. Forfeiture was not civil. It was stated clearly that narcotics was involved. Even Festus keyamo didn't say it was civil so how did you come about civil case? |

See obi wey go trend Soo. Below
And more are still coming..
Obi is your typical Igbo Criminal - trust them at your own peril Peter Obi as a matter of urgency should address these allegations because they're very weighty and I know a couple of them to be true
I got this on African History Archive
1. Those who knew Peter Obi will attest to the fact that he has been a drug dealer beginning from his days as an undergraduate at UNN. He was hardly attending lectures and only managed to graduate with a third class in Philosophy after spending 12 years in the University.
2. His brother in-law who incidentally is one of the hirelings used by him for his nefarious drug trafficking business is currently languishing in jail in far away London. This is the major cause of strain between Obi and his in-laws. It is on record that his closeness to Dubem Obazie was the because he Dubem served jail term for drug trafficking because of Peter.
3. Obi should explain his relationship with former Military Administrator, Governor lbim Princewill and Col Earnest Kizito Attah of Cross River State whom he helped as a conduit to fleece Cross River State government thus contributing to the under development of the state.
4. Obi should explain to Ndi Anambra the circumstances surrounding his father's death which remains his best kept secret. Before then we can reveal that Obi's father was drowned to death by Obi's associates in the drug trade whom he short-changed in a business deal prompting the mafias to kill the old man whom they drowned bounded hands and feet with bricks round his neck.
5. Given the level of insecurity in Anambra state, "Saint" Peter Obi should explain how he expends his security vote since it is on record that he collects over 470 million naira per month as security vote (220 million naira from Local Government and 250 million Naira from the state FAC accounts)
6. Just as Peter Obi professes his Catholicism for political expediency, we ask him to summon the moral courage and explain to Catholic faithful his relationship with the Olumba Olumba Obu (000) Cult sect where his wife is a known member. It is also on record that Peter Obi met the wife at a night club in Auchi. The lady had two children from two different men -an Albino and a Ghanaian. The affirmed Catholic is yet to wed his wife in the church.
7. Obi is yet to explain the mystery behind the 250 million naira that was found in the possession of his aides. He is yet to produce the contractor and publish the contractual agreement that stipulates that this very contractor will be paid in cash and also a reference to any other known precedents. Not even the famous late Barkin Zuwo of Kano State paid contractors in cash.
8. Obi should explain why he has continued to loot the resources of the state using his brother, Ndibe Obi, Ejike Onwusogbulu and a certain Chidi Agbapu -a Lagos based stock broker as a conduit for money laundering while the vouths in Anambra remain unemployed;
9. Obi was elected governor on the platform of APGA and it is on record that he never convened an APGA meeting thereby destroying the entire party structure. Obi should explain to party faithfuls and loyalists why he destroyed the party;
10. Obi should explain to Ndi Anambra what happened to the state local government allocations and why Anambra under Obi is the only state in Nigeria without elected local government officers in place?
In view of the foregoing, we demand his immediate resignation or face further disclosure of his criminal past and present. Instead to dey write rubbish make we wait for agbado group whatsapp message. Uncle Dee still dey gather information. He go soon release wetin we go circulate. |
