If you had told the VO you were traveling by yourself, he would likely have denied you. This is the problem... we can’t be trusted to say one thing and stick with it. It’s unusual for a German resident to be denied a US visa, it’s likely you had lied one too many times and they just didn’t trust you. One VO took a chance on you and your very first question is how to renege on the plan to travel with your family?

doris4u:
Good morning nairalanders, I just learnt there is an increment in price of Visa which is 93000 and 1.5 million for Ticket to the U.S.A. Pls how true is this new info.
Please who gave you this information? The cost of Visa and Airline ticket are two mutually exclusive events.

That was how they rumored that US Visa fee was about to be increased to over 100k. Instead it came down to 57.6k.

This is not the first transcript that I've read that the VO asked them for statement of account for family vacation. You are advised to go with all supporting documents.

VO:looked at me in awkward silence for a while and said ok im approving this visa today.pls dont let me down.if u go and return u will get a US visa for life and if u dont u will never get a US visa.take care of your lovely kids.
Congrats! I love this! please don't let the VO down. He has overturned the previous decisions of his colleagues for your sake.

You have enough time to plan the trip so you don't need to be in hurry to travel. You can plan properly and travel with your wife and kids.

When you pass on information you should credit the author. Especially when you are quoting verbatim.

Can this truly happen? I know that they do check phones and access social media like facebook using real names especially if you are made to wait at the border by immigration but I will be surprised if they are able to link his moniker with the real person, it will be nice to know how this is even possible
I watch a lot of sci-fi and detective series. I could theorize one or two ways to do this but in the end it remains just that. A theory.

Note that I was just teasing pipe.dreams.

SCBP: ok ma, I will allow u into the USA but please show receipts on ur way out( she had a passport to junior CBP
Junior CBP: collects my passport and arrogantly stamps me in for 10weeks. Saying if I present a receipt less than 20k dollars on my way out, no visa will be resissued

Bankers are in for a rough ride with the embassy methinks. They used to be one of the most trusted applicants in Nigeria, but they recently have become great in misusing the US/Canada visas, their colleagues after them are paying for their 'sins'! Bankers can't exactly be banked on right now (I remember one telling me if I knew what they see and believe about our country's financial situation/system) His wife's condition didn't help too, had it been there was a child already too.
There's this guy I know who was a safety officer married to a banker in management position. He earned far less than his wife in a less reputable company and so she served as a strong tie He got a B2 Visa sometime last year and traveled without coming back.

Hi, please I want your candid advice, have already applied for US tourist visa and am scheduled for next month ending. Am married with two kids, my wife and I are working with good pay. The issue I have is I haven't never traveled out of the country and I stated it in my application form. Now that travelling history is very key in issuing US visa, what are the alternative I have? Should reschedule my appointment and try to travel to other countries to boost my chance or I should just go for my interview next month ending. Thanks guys
Having a double mind may deprive you of the conviction required to face the interview hurdle that lies ahead. You need to make up your own mind in this situation. Are you comfortable applying without travel history?

I'll strongly advise, please don't go to the US embassy if you have no tangible business in this Donald Trump's US cos he's making hell bent for any immigrant to succeed at the moment, please use the cash for something else.
You are very correct. It is now tough for those who want to use Non-immigrant Visas to immigrate to the states and Canada. Those without such intent are very much welcome. However, you still have to qualify for the Visa.
