4-year olds here are in junior kindergarten. 5-year olds are in senior kindergarten. 6-year olds are in Grade 1. So, I think your 4-year old daughter that's in nursery 1 there is doing fine, though I'm not sure what nursery 1 there is equivalent to here.

You should speak with her teachers, not listen to your nosy neighbour. They're the ones who can and are supposed to give you feedback on how your daughter's doing at school and if she's in the right class for her age. It sounds like she's doing just fine and this isn't something to worry about.
