He used the New School Chemistry textbook and a mix of Senior Secondary Physics by PN Okeke and the New System Physics textbook published by Africana First Publisher. Also, past questions played a major role, like the 4-in-1 practice questions published by The Solid Solutions and software like TestDriller, which made him computer-friendly and gave him a seemingly realistic experience.

Congratulations sir, please what's the realistic age for a child who is interested to start learning the coding stuff. I saw where you said he can code very well. How does one even go about it I mean as parents that don't have anything to do at all with tech.

to pass a CBT exam, you MUST have practiced on a computer. reading from paper is different from reading on a PC, especially in an exam setting. i think this is part of the issue . i experienced this while practicing for the gre years agio. i had multiple text books and i kept acing the test on paper. them i installed the software on my pc and went at it. it was HARD. so i had to train myself on taking the exam on a PC. take a person without regular access to a PC and you may have these issues. then there are the unreported issues. centers having PC failures in the middle of the exam, with no solution.

Passing a CBT exam is a skill on its own.

They need to practice and practice , simulate scenarios that will mimic the real jamb test.

Take a sample of the exams do it continuously on the PC.

One thing I picked from that girl that had highest JB score was that they practiced continuously . I believe such apps or resources will be available.

Not just about reading and knowing the answers you need that CBT skill.

Well the story posted by the OP about the journey at ikorodu general hospital sounds about right like the proper procedure in the children section

You see a doctor at general clinic after assessment he will refer the child , if fortunate you can get an appointment date from the unit referred to that same day.

If you have used a Lagos general hospital for delivery or children matters, sounds right. EMR card is 1500 or so.

I saw a video on FB reels of a 6 month old trying purees and all the oyibo peeps pointed out from the video was why are her ears pierced, she too young etc.

My children's ears are not pierced, their Dad is indifferent to it, left the decision to me.

Okay so after we have been coming out and f our flat downstairs to caution them even in the middle of the night and they ignore.
Their Dad came around from obodo in november, still no better improvement okay then still no sleep from our own end.

We reported to agent this January, she was shocked she said even with their father around, she talked to the wife, she come dey carry face for me loool, the agent woman kept on apologizing to me especially since she knew I just had a newborn, imagine the trauma of some untrained children waking up a baby every interval.

They now crossed the line , they began to wake my baby with the vibrations and it was the trigger to go gangstar. It will be in the afternoon that one is trying to catch some sleep after waking all night they will now start, imagine that as a nursing mother.

Seeing that we have done all we could do rationally we now went gangster. You know that round cylindrical aluminium stuff they use for tank stand we had some left over in the compound once the children start playing ball and running up and down,just hit the decking from our side the whole place will vibrate , if they run at night na the same gbigi they will hear, little by little they stopped for like a week o, .
One night like that when the children started na so we did our own the woman shouted, I said ehen now you are feeling small small.


One Sunday like that the son wanted to start in master room oya gbigi sharply

Next thing the father ran downstairs and calmly knocked at our door , his hand was shaking maybe he has health issues I dunno. I answered and he said he wanted to speak with my husband , .

And then my husband calmly explained all that had happened how he had cautioned them and that he's a remote worker, gave him the times his children always start the nonsense , past 4 when they comeback from school 10pm -1am at night, playing football in the whole whole upstairs sometimes in the kitchen , sometimes start playing ball as early as 6am in the morning Holiday season no rest at all because of them consistent running for hours on the decking . so it is only a response and hope he knows it will affect him too when we start.

He was trying to deflect ehn they are your children bleh bleh, for where person knows the number of pikin wey him born oo.

The man now said he never saw it from that angle he just felt why were we hitting them, ehn now that you know, that is it. I can't beat another person's children and I can't curse them and they don't listen to caution from everyone so what should we do?

For 2years we have endured, he had insomnia at some point because of your children.

He was now like we should live in peace as we are all Christians ( ehen so his own Christianity no reach Christian conduct and character) typical to deflect to religion when caught.

Just about 2weeks they couldn't bear what we bore for 2 years. Came down to negotiate.

The system will only work if Nigerians refuse the short cut, but as it is the system is rigged to fail because the immigration officials exploit the loopholes like server downtimes and even deliberately hoard booklets until you cough up their usual bribe demands. The article is suggesting functional complaint lines as one of the ways to curb this. Block the loopholes and compel the officers to do the right thing.
