This is caused by the war on Boko haram. But i tell you that measures are being taken to contain all these. The figures by these agencies besides are too high.

Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno state (being ravaged by Boko haram) is still standing strong and the citizens there are going about their normal lives as every other people.
Borno state does not have more than 5 million people and about 2 million of them live in Maiduguri city, how then can 7 million people be starving? That is blatant exaggeration!

the same tin with electricity, its not that nigeria cannot have constant power, its becos of wicked and selfish people, if nigeria gets constant power we will not use generators and fuel anymore ,so they do everything in their power to make sure Nigeria doesn't get constant electricity so that they can keep importing generators and fuel in order to make money
