Lagos is not the only place building new world class cities in Nigeria.
Abuja has also started building it's own Centennary city and world trade centre (1st and 2nd picture)

Port harcourt (River state) too are also building their own Rainbow town (3rd and 4th pics)

Many other states are building their capital cities independently. That is the unique thing about Nigeria, 36 different states + Abuja, developing independently together.
