Look for something else related to that. I have observed the Nigeria education systems have some funny names for their fields of study.

Check out public health, Healthcare management, etc.

The course is actually an Msc in Germany.
I have applied for public health but healthcare management fees are very high, I can't afford it (8000 euro per semester).

it have a red seal on it with stamp and signature of this entity DAT did the notarize the documents,
or u can use google to check format for notarizing documents

Which means the federal high court in owerri don't know how to certify documents, my own has no red seal.
I will redo it at German embassy in Lagos.

Please is certification truly at Federal high court. I don't understand their stamp

When I read my school gives admission as you apply. I tried I sent documents jan 16th got the 18th got admission 20 or 21st . . Thats jan for winter...

Public notary. To the limit of my knowledge, They're kinda like lawyers who can help you notarize your documents officially.

The school said documents certified by lawyers, individuals, pastors will not be accepted
