Good Afternoon Npower Admin,
My name is Samuel Abimbola Aladetan an existing beneficiary from Lagos, i got an sms for device pick last week Friday stating I should go to 1-11 Commercial Avenue Sabo Yaba Lagos MTN Connect Store for the device pick up but on getting there i faced a challenge there. The agent attending to me said my photo and the ID card is not showing on her computer after entering my bvn but names ans other info were there but she said she need to see the photo and the ID card, so I went to check my NPVN page again and my photo is there, after several attempts I decided to update the photo and ID card again by scanning another photo and scan the ID card too but still no change. The agent said I should contact the admin for assistance and I've been trying you means to you reach you. Pls help me rectify this.

Please I have issue with absent status on my NPVN portal... 2016 Lagos Alimosho NTEACH Beneficiary and I already sent mail to support@npower.gov.ng but no response yet.

Dear Npower, kindly assist as my wife has not been paid a penny since inception and has been regular at her PPA. Despite her account number, bvn and name tallying. She was also present at physical verifications yet on her profile she has the DISQUALIFIED logo.

But we don't know if the preloaded content will be cleared too if the tab is formatted.

Put the sim into another phone and use the phone's hotspot to connect your tab via WiFi to browse...

Hope your WiFi is working.

I am one of the applicants for batch B npower teach,the batch that just concluded test. pls,here is my complaint, when I applied for the programme, my state and local government of residence was Ekiti state(ado LGA),and I think that is what you will use for deployment of the successful applicant,which by the Grace of God,I will be one of them. Sir,the challenge that I facing now is that I am not residing in Ekiti state now, so pls I want to change my state of residence to where I am presently residing, sir I hope that what I am requesting for is possible? If yes,pls direct me on how to go about it. Looking for your response sir. Thanks

I am part of the people that was asked to come for pick up last week, but I was not able to get mine. They later sent a message on Saturday saying it has been postponed to this week.
It's already Wednesday and I'm yet to get feedback.
