I also saw "Qualified" on my page on NPVN. Pls Sir/Ma what is the way forward?

You can log in and do your corrections sir, If you are unable to do it kindly send your complain to support@npvn.desk-mail.com
with an attachment of a scanned copy of your Original birth certificate or declaration of Age.

Now he mentioned payment on hold, as the reason whereas I am not on payment on hold, I don't have payment issues, I am not Nagro yet my device is on hold Saturday last week makes it exactly one month my device has been on hold, initially it was processing, now it is on hold

She can always go back to the pick up center with proper reasons and Evidence why she could not come to the pick up center on her pick up date.

Dear 2016 Beneficiaries,
If you are experiencing payment issues, kindly identify which of these categories you fall into and rectify your issues before the 16th of October.
If we have told you your issue, please spend less time arguing and hurry to rectify the problem.
There are some of you who can't be paid backlog because your accounts cannot take beyond a certain amount so backlog of a few months is returned.
You have to be persistent to ensure that your issue is dealt with at your bank. Address it now.
NPower Payment Status – 2016 Beneficiaries
1. There are currently 182,347 qualified volunteers.
2. Only 173,046 volunteers are able to receive payments.
For those unable to receive payments
a. 5,520 qualified beneficiaries are without account records on their NPVN profile
b. 684 beneficiaries have ‘’Know Your Customer’’ issues between the volunteer and bank
i.e expired IDs, Account dormancy, recently closed accounts, transactions are not permitted
c. 2656 qualified beneficiaries with BVN unlinked to provided Account Numbers
d. 190 qualified beneficiaries have invalid account numbers/invalid BVN
e. 107 qualified beneficiaries have NAME mismatch issues
If you are having payment issues, you will be given till the 16th of October, 2017 to sort it out at your end. Please take this seriously.

Pls i want to establish my displeasure with the distribution of this device, after 6weeks my device is still place on hold, i have been to mtn office several times and sent mails without any response. i was actively involved in the training as my attendance should be able to testify and i have been serious with my primary assignment. i feel i have been unfairly treated sir.

Npower please help us oooooo, here in festac collection center, mtn Lagos, many of us got sms, we even saw our devices, but the mtn staff said it is on hold, and most of us, are Nteach not Nagro, please my number is 08138261385, I have sent several emails to devicesupport yet no response, please help us oooooo, here at Amuwo odofin, Lagos, even people without sms, who do not even report to their ppa are getting their devices without stress. Please treat this case as urgent thanks and God bless

If you are on payment hold, please don’t bother going to them to try and pick
up your device, if you are payment hold, you are not only on payment hold, you are also on
device hold, and even if you did get the notice, you will realize that by the time you get to the
center they will tell you your device is on hold.
