When is the 2017 applicants suppose to start receiving their devices. My profile portal says "device not selected" even when I did select a device during my application.
Please when exactly are we suppose to expect it and what's my fate, since my portal says device not selected?

Good day, I am a 2016 N-HEALTH Volunteer from Alimosho in lagos state. I started receiving stipend in APRIL 2018. I currently have a backlog of 14months (FEB. 2017 - MARCH 2018). In addition, I haven't been activated for device selection. Please kindly help resolve this issue. I have sent so many mails to support already. Email: MAYOMISTEPHEN23@GMAIL.COM

I have done that severally already. I selected device since last year, all this delay is not good.

@npowerng. Our programme is coming to an end yet some of us have not gotten their devices while other beneficiaries have been enjoying their own devices since last year. Check it now, is it fair? Please don't tell me to send mail because I have sent countless mails still nothing has be done about it. The device is available at the distribution centers but they wouldn't give it out because there's no text message yet. So, whose fault is it then?

I just hope that 2017 batch won't go through what we have been through.

I'm an N agro beneficiary but was posted to a secondary school and is been forced to teach by the principal.

Please what do I do?

How genuine is this information? why asked is because we from plateau state are told not npower beneficiaries.

N-power kindly hear this. In other to attend my ppa each working day & at the same time for survival I had to take a specific loan fr Paylater.

Now I must service back on 17th Sept and no alert yet.

Kindly answer truthfully pls are we likely to receive August stipend before Sept 17th ? (reply is highly appreciated)

I still went to the LGA and they stated that you guys are yet to send a new list from Abuja.
Please you need to intervene so I know my fate. I have also sent this same feedback on facebook yet no response.

What do I do? If you can contact the focal person at Awka or issue the new list of names let me know. Thanks

thank you sir. That was the ppa I was posted at the point of posting and I took every steps requested by Npower before uploading. I called the beneficiary support line and I was told to re-upload the posting letter which I did that they will verify on or before 15th dis month which am not sure. I guess this is true sir? Well, I don't think dis will stop paying my stipend? Can we say the problem is from npower database for ppa or from point of posting? Cos I did everything rite

Update on N-Power 2017 Batch..

We are still expecting Deployment Schedules from the following States:

1. Abia
2. Borno
3. Delta
4. Kaduna
5. Kano
6. Katsina
7. Kebbi
8. Lagos
9. Nasarawa
10. Ondo
11. Yobe

As such we would be unable to prepare the volunteers of these States into payroll for August 2017...

Kindly please return your deployment schedules using thesame N-Power Support email by which you received it...

For the other (25) States + FCT that we have received, we are in the process of cleaning up, and uploading your submission unto the broad N-Power portal.

To also forestall reoccurrences of the 2016 Batch where in some good number of our volunteers failed to show up at their deployed PPA but commenced receiving stipends simply because they returned on your deployment schedule as deployed..we have introduced a process of validating their uploaded STAMPED OR SIGNED deployment letter at their PPA (as a confirmation of resumption) with your submitted deployment schedules before processing them into payroll.

Now this process takes quite some time hence we are behind in the August 2018 payroll (indeed their first payroll) for the 2017 Batch....coupled with delays in receipt of various States’ deployment schedules

We would however begin processing them in Payroll Batches for payment from next week...

I urge them Ogas to still have 2017 beneficiaries in their mind.
The stipend will go a long way in helping,.
