No two days ago I noticed that the red showing rejection remark disappeared, I held my breath knowing it could mean only one thing,and just as I guessed, I saw the enrolled for the first time on my status. .

I have sent several emails to volunteersupport@npvn.ng, made several calls to the call center numbers, and sent messages to Facebook, all to no avail.

There is an error in my bank details, and I haven't received payments due to the error.

Thank you so much Npower for finally paying me after the long wait. I received both August and September stipend yesterday, 12/10/2017, as a 2017 beneficiary. Please I urge the Npower team to facilitate the payment for my colleagues who are yet to be ENROLLED and PAYED. Thanks.

I did physical verification in my local government, in fact I'm on boarded. I went to collect deployment letter in my local government, my name was on the list but absent was written against it. The coordinator said there's nothing that can be done as the list has already been forwarded to Abuja. Please kindly assist me. I have been sending my complaints via mail and also across your social media platforms to no avail.
