Breast have to undergo some stages during gestation period before it begins to flow after birth. So telling me grannies who hav stop giving birth can still produce milk is a lie. Ladies I need your help, I have been having a hard time each time I see my period. The type of flow am experiencing gives me a lot of palpitation each time I remember it will soon come back. It all started last 4 months after I delivered my baby through cs. The flow changed when my period returned the following month. I've used several pads but am not yet satisfied with their results. I even used ladysept and comfort (maternity pas) and I always put 2 at once but I'll change up to 5 times in every 24 hrs. Always ultra had been so good to me before but now it can't hold anything. I read about always maxi pad, for heavy flow and a comfortable night sleep. I haven't heard about that before, I only know always pink and blue one. Has anybody used that before? Where do I get it and how much does a pack cost, they said it is 20 pieces in a pack. Please I really need this pad so I can at least feel comfortable with this thing called menses!

To mention but few. I enjoy watching philippine movies cos they are good both in love, family, romance and the likes. They have good writers, designers, singers, film producers and organisers. Honestly, I learn a lot watching the series most especially Be careful with my heart (sir chief and maya), unlike nollywood that teach vewers how to use juju/charms. Even young minds in our mids learn and practise homosexuallism and lesibianism. They don't know anything about love film, everything always happen too fast, two lovers wld meet, fall in love, have sex within two days, got pregnant and marry(if the will eventually end up together) in a twinkle of an eye. Then a jelouse friend wld use love portion and snatch away the guy in question, that's the end. I so much hate nollywood movies with guts.
