Keneking:Who told you that Stella Oduah and Ike Ekweremadu's constituencies want them back? It will only happen in your dream. |
I have read every single comment on this thread and come to the conclusion that Nigeria can never live as a Nation. We're just wasting our time in this project called one Nigeria. From page 1 to 3 are different Nations fighting. Northerners sees Yorubas and Igbos together with other Southern minorities as those that doesn't deserve better treatment than themselves; Yorubas sees Northerners, Igbos and others as those who doesn't deserve better than themselves; Igbos feels they deserve better treatment than Northerners and Yorubas. But Igbos want to exist the one Nigeria project, while others are saying no. Hmmm! For how long are we going to continue deceiving ourselves in this country? |
4ureyesonly:Lol! Bro I know all these while but it's just that the sickness is beyond curable now. |
I don't even know what to comment Edited: If actually this post wasn't formulated, Let the Americans and the world see the kind of mess Nigeria is into. |
ColonelDrake:Bro! Take it easy!! |
Op! Your source |
Nigeria is seriously sick |
hupernikao:When you considers it, how will I know? Thanks |
Hmmm! The number of articles I have read on this Biafra issue these few days get me wondering whether everyone have been sleeping all these while. Concerning this particular writeup, in this present Nigeria, no amount of good leadership from the region will make them to possess the critical infrastructures they required to move forward as region. Because these infrastructures falls back to the central government (FG). Why is Enugu international airport not functional? Why's Geometric Power Aba not functional after its completion. These two is just an example. Without Federal government and political power from the center, if they like let them have the highest number of good leaders in the world, they can't get these critical infrastructures in their region. Look at Southwest (Lagos) for instance, do you think that they will ever allow any other region to have seaport in this country considering the amount of IGR coming from it and as well as the amount of companies this seaport is attracting to the region. Never! They will always do everything possible to frustrate the idea of seaport in other regions. And you won't blame them because any other region will do the same if they're in their shoes just to maintain the status quo. And I believe this is the reason why alot of them are clamoring for restructuring rather than complete separation. Because even if we restructure the country (that's True Federalism), each region will still need approval from the center to carry out some certain infrastructural development. So don't think that Biafrans clamouring for their own country doesn't know what they want. All these articles lately with the intention of discouraging their agitation are all unnecessarily. They know what they want. |
Lol..! Bro! Biko free yourself first from whatever 'ntaji anya' you have concerning the man. nonsobaba: |
AtlanticBreeze:Lol..! |
nonsobaba:Okay! Fidelity Bank was after he left office as a governor? I don't even know why I'm arguing about a politician. |
VaselineCrewBos:Lol! |
AtlanticBreeze:
|
nonsobaba:Bro! it seems like you have personal issues with Peter Obi. I'm not saying he's not corrupt because no Nigerian politician is corrupt free. Remember the topic of this thread is about his humility and simplicity but you guys that have personal issues with him have diverted it to corruption. You have Google search with Internet, I can't do it for you. But you mean Next International Ltd, Fidelity Bank, Chams Nigeria Ltd, Card Centre Ltd etc are defunct or doesn't have web address? |
AtlanticBreeze:You mean this humble?
|
AtlanticBreeze:Bro go and listen to it again, find the full version. You will see where he criticised FG's policies. |
AtlanticBreeze:I believe this helps
|
AtlanticBreeze:Go and listen to his last year 1st October speech, it's in YouTube. Since he used Anambra state money to build a private shopping Mall as you guys are saying here, Efcc ought to have arrested him. I believe the shopping mall is a physical evidence. I'm not saying he's a Saint. |
nonsobaba:I'm not saying he's a Saint, but with Google search at your disposal, you get dates of when he became the chairman of the various companies I mentioned above. It's very simple to do Bro. About somebody helping him to transit raw cash as you mentioned, if you as an individual can have such information, I believe Efcc will have more detailed information on it than you. Why haven't they arrested him? Is he still being protected by immunity? People like you mistook his simplicity as being no body before joining politics. |
AtlanticBreeze:It's almost 4 years he left as a governor of Anambra State and Efcc hasn't questioned him about the shopping mall you mentioned above. Why? If actually he was involved in the money laundering scandal you mentioned, why is Efcc still leaving him walking freely? Or is he still being protected by immunity? Remember this mam has been criticising this APC government. If he was actually involved in the scandal, do you think Efcc will allow him to be walking freely today? |
VaselineCrewBos:Was he poor before becoming a governor? Peter Obi is the Chairman of Next International Nigeria Ltd, then Chairman and Director of Guardian Express Mortgage Bank Ltd, Guardian Express Bank Plc, Future View Securities Ltd, Paymaster Nigeria Ltd, Chams Nigeria Ltd, Data Corp Ltd and Card Centre Ltd. He was the youngest Chairman of Fidelity Bank PLC. Etc All these was before becoming a governor. Bro! He made his money before joining politics. Though that doesn't mean he's a Saint. |

kingzizzy:You mean Ikwerre dialect of Igbo? That's what I heard. Just as Arochukwu dialect (Abịa state) Ngwa dialect (Ebonyi state) Mgbọ dialect (Ebonyi state) Nsukka dialect (Enugu state) Ukwani dialect (Delta State) Ekpeye dialect (Rivers) Ezza dialect (Ebonyi state) Ikwo dialect (Ebonyi state) Agbor dialect (Delta State) Ogba or Oba dialect (Rivers State) Ụmụezeohaka dialect (Benue state) Owerre dialect (Imo State) Awka dialect (Anambra State) Idimili dialect (Anambra State) etc Among all 'Izugbe' dialect is spoken generally by all Igbos. |
The man was even speaking Igbo too and I heard everything with ease. Tomorrow some people will say Ikwerres are not Igbos. What's different between Igbo language and what this man spoke in the video. |
The Peter Obi I know is very humble and simple. I'm not saying he's a Saint o! Because you can't trust any politician but as far humbleness and simplicity is concern, I will give him 99% |
Emassive:Bro! You said it all. The current generation of Nigerian youths on politics section of nairaland these days left me wondering where Nigeria will be in the next nearest future. It's a pity how the so called leaders of tomorrow thinks. |

tizluke:You're welcome |
tizluke:For O'Level, Further Mathematics is not compulsory since you have Mathematics already. The core five subjects required are English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other science or social science subject (any of Geography, Agricultural science, or Economics etc). For JAMB, English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry . Mechanical Engineering is a very interesting course. It covers almost all aspects of other Engineering fields and as well as some basic Management courses. You will enjoy it. Take your 200 and 300 levels very serious. Pay more attention to Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluids. India texts books are very simplified and cheap. They will be of great help. Good luck! |
