Must you have every guy in your class? He's the last one remaining and you must have him even when you know he has a favourite girl.

Because, if you look at the scenario, you would realized that he was quite experienced in such secreet treatments and probably has a history and network of such illegal treatments. If not why did his name pop up when Koye was looking for a shady doctor to treat him. The link from Koye to Lillian to Dr. Enemoa in Port Harcourt is quite suspicious.
Also, he really was a bad person like Patrick Sawyer, because even after he went to meet a fellow doctor for treatment at Green Heart Hospital, he lied to the second doctor. That man was evil.

The Government should also arrest the said LIllian because she is also an accomplice in the crime.

BIG STORY: THE NIGERIAN SOLDIERS FOUND IN CAMEROUN
