NIOB(Nigeria Institute of Building) is the body that owns building construction while the regulatory body is CORBON (Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria). engineering is a very wide field where COREN should be making a lot of effort to sanitize but they're looking for where they'll get quick cash by dabbling into building construction. make I catch COREN for my site he will show me where it is stated in the national building code that COREN should regulate building construction.

Any building construction should involve qualified professional like Electrical engineers, Builders, Architects, Surveyors, Mechanical engineers and Civil engineers. Builders alone cannot handle everything.
I have worked in construction sites with all the above guys and all I can say is that we are a team.

Transmission
