Its actually a very simple solution but mean that nigeria is a sh1t hole and their are lapses and loopholes in the law. it would cost you money and patient.

What you have to do is follow up on FRSC and VIO database for vehicle registration. It would take not more than 6 months to sell the car and the unfortunate buyer would register it that's where the police will have to come in and investigate the whole thing tracing from unfortunate buyer to unfortunate seller then to the car snatching syndicate.

From my limited knowledge the car won't be good for parts it isn't well sort after in the market.

Let's just hope and pray they are not professional car snatchers who alter chassis number and all sorts of car stealing techniques.

you shouldn't be asking the question in the first place, you should have given the task to a developer to turn your vision into reality.

There are alot of softwares/programmes. I don't know much in this field but I have utilised dreamweaver before, but Google search can point you in the right direction

Any idea prices of 2GR-FE and 3MZ-FE.

That 2gr is the one fitted to the 07-12 camry V6 it's not more than 350k it just came down sha was around 500k before. Same engine in Avalon and ES350.

The 3mz is cheaper but barely gives issues so I can't give a price range on that but is cheaper than the 2gr.
