Also i don't know why the OP prefers an MTK chipset to Qualcomm.Everybody knows that MTK ain't better than Qualcomm.I expect them to launch a well optimised OS with at least 3000-4000mAh with the flash charge feature.Electricity is a major problem here.
Lastly,all the phones should come with 4G with support of many different bands including Glos band 28.Everyone knows Glo is the only network that considers the masses in this recession period,thier band should be included as well.

You are talking about the best processor/chipset in the world right now. I bought my Tecno Boom J8 because of Mediatek processors that Tecno uses in all its phones.

That phone is good. I saw it with a friend of mine and I was impressed with it .

But to the honest , the brand TECNO is really working hard. I believe they can succeed if they continue like this.

This is good feedback but I'm sure they consistently work on improving their phones to suit their customers' needs.

Yeah. You're right. A few things changed my initial bias sometime around early 2014 and the consistency has since been there.

Even at times, when I feel Tecno didn't live to expectations, looking more closely I come to realize they were probably targeting a particular group or market in order to let them have the phones at affordable cost.

All in all, the only "bad" thing about Tecno phones presently like someone said on Twitter is just stereotyped name "Tecno".

That's a sign of improvement which I am trying to stress. I want to believe they see and hear of these knocks people are giving them and they are definitely working on them. There was no way to repair before, but now they have Carlcare centres to cater for faults. Look at the recent miss by Samsung on Note 7? That says a whole lot about even the so called mobile brand super powers

Yeah. I think if they are a really smart company as they claim, they should view the the public criticism of their products as things to work on and make better. But honestly, though I'm not fully convinced, I see them doing the "offensive" in terms of cutting edge technology. So they are not just correcting past mistakes, but are pioneering latest innovations on their own. I hope they can keep up the tempo and not flop on the way.

I really don't think the focus of this device is camera. With that kind of strong battery juice of 7000mAh, coupling that with a high-end camera will surely shoot the price above the ceilings.

Ok. I see your point. That would be great if Tecno thinks towards that direction. At least, before pre-launchs just the way Apple and Samsung do theirs. So some of us can get the newly launched phones directly at cheap price before retailers start selling them.
