Most of the recipes for tomato stew I've seen people cook recommend first boiling your ground fresh tomatoes and pepper to remove water before frying. The subsequent steps also involve adding water again, this is where the whole stuff makes no sense to me.

My question is, considering the high cost of energy, can one skip the boiling part and fry ground fresh tomatoes direct? Has anyone ever tried this with a good result? Experienced cooks in the house over to you.

The minimum cost of production for solar energy is between N80,000.00 and above which is saying that it is meant for rich people. And these rich men don't use them because most of them are use to generator to generate their electricity. It is only government that patronize it for street light. In a nut shell, the cost of production too much for common people to afford.
