Business / Re: Bank by nusdog: 7:11am On Sep 07, 2012
Yes, banks dont really have to time to be looking for who to sell your land to, in the event that you default which is often the case. So you must convince them that there's a 150% chance you can pay back before they'll grant you the loan.
Business / Re: Bank by nusdog: 9:39pm On Sep 06, 2012
The land must have a C-of-O, but you must also be able to convince the bank that you can pay back in the expected time. Having a collateral is not an automatic guarantee that you'll get the loan.

hannydarl: I don't pre cook mine. Just grind, dice or mash with little or no water and pour into the pot with your hot oil, Onion peper and spice. Just give it time to cook to the consistency you want.

will the taste be the same or different?

Food / Is There A Way To Skip Boiling Tomatoes In Stew Preparation? by nusdog: 3:36pm On Sep 06, 2012
Most of the recipes for tomato stew I've seen people cook recommend first boiling your ground fresh tomatoes and pepper to remove water before frying. The subsequent steps also involve adding water again, this is where the whole stuff makes no sense to me.

My question is, considering the high cost of energy, can one skip the boiling part and fry ground fresh tomatoes direct? Has anyone ever tried this with a good result? Experienced cooks in the house over to you.

Most of the solar street lights in my area are dead and not working again. Its just a waste of funds.
cursor system: Solar energy failure is due to our economic . Let me explain it here: If you want to build solar energy for your self, is it possible to spend N2,000.00 do it unlike rechargeable lantern which you can get at the rate of N1,500 or so, That is why these rechargeable lantern are still selling . The minimum cost of production for solar energy is between N80,000.00 and above which is saying that it is meant for rich people. And these rich men don't use them because most of them are use to generator to generate their electricity. It is only government that patronize it for street light. In a nut shell, the cost of production too much for common people to afford.

Car Talk / Re: Which Car Is The Most Stolen In Nigeria? by nusdog: 4:18pm On Oct 27, 2011
kabukabu50:

Hmm interesting cool
So im guessing the best cars to bring down to drive in Naija would be American brands like Chrysler,Ford,Chevrolet,Cadillac, nobody would steal them.Probably just have to bring a container of parts too cool

But are these American specs strong enough for our bad roads?

And how fuel efficient are they?

I'll still prefer german cars as alternative, only they're expensive on the average.
