Time for this has passed, the d day is here with us therefore i advised every intended voters to think about their children futures before casting their votes. What CBN said is that we should deposit our old money in our banks and that our daily withdrawal limits are #20,000 for individuals and #500,000 for cooperate organizations. So i don't know where these APC goons get their swat policy from.

All those saying SC this and SC that are doing so because they have vested interest in the case and are mostly APC. The only organ of government that has power to execute the judgement is the executive so those saying otherwise probably know what we don't know like the one over there is not Buhari.

In as much as i support this new monetary policy i want CBN to be consistency in it's implementation eg if they say daily withdrawal is #10,000 let them made it available to the masses.

2 How does everything you said now automatically mean that a presidential address supercedes a court order?

3. If you say that an order given by the president isn't law, how then does it supercede a court order?

We are all here to learn,the op asked a question about which orders supersede each other between the SC and the president. (Mind you we're not talking about judgement here.) Then in the course of the discuss two important issues come up: 1 who enforces the other of the SC and 2 what is the executive list.

Oga you should stop misleading people,here in Gboko Benue state all banks stop collecting it from yesterday. But some pos are collecting it when i asked them where they will deposit it they said they don't deposit in banks. In the market some people are collecting while others are not, filling stations and wholesalers are not collecting.

Those people commenting above are doing so for commenting sake because the courts clearly stated that banks refused to accept the ones they collected,so how is it their fault?The fault is squarely that of APC who do not know how to implement their own policy,the said daily withdraw limit is #20,000 for individuals, then why are we not been able to withdraw it? It pains me that some people are still campaigning for them

Why is APC this useless and clueless like this, just yesterday a banker told us during our monthly meeting that they received a memo directing them to continue collecting old notes till further notice and this morning no banks is collecting it here in G-town and some pos and Hausa that are collecting said they are not taking it to so i wonder where they are depositing it.

misleading after agf said theey will obey court judgment, you just wake up and quote me without being updated. By obeying the court it means the old Naira notes is still legal until the court rules on the matter. Even the agf that is what he said.

The question should be are banks complying? I think what every well meaning Nigerians should be agitating for now is the availability of the new notes. Because the longer they shift it's implementation the scarcer it become. What do you think?

You people should stop misleading people in the name of politics, some banks have stop collecting it here in G town others said they will stop by 11:30 and you are here talking about court injunction.

As i told some of my friends yesterday, this naira redesign and cashless policy is never a bad idea but the problem is its implementation, if you say that the daily withdrawal limit is #20,000 let people be able to access it simple.

What of your other branches,are they also dispensing as you claimed?

Stale,we have heard this line of augment many times already.

There is what the people celebrating this supreme court pronoucement failed to understand,first the new notes will continue be scarce,secondly banks won't pay over the counter, thirdly the pos operators will have to source for money to do their businesses thereby moping up already scarce money. My opinion is that government should resist the pressure to extend the deadline beyond Feb 10 but make it compulsory for banks to pay stipulated daily and weekly withdrawal limits either through ATM or over the counter that way there will be money in circulation compare to now only few people spend their new notes in the market thereby contributing to it's scarcity.
