Unknown Gunmen raze the house of the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Prof George Obiozor.

Witness confirmed the gunmen carried out the attack with explosive devices at his Awo-Omanma residence in the Oru East LGA of Imo State.

The Ohanaeze Chieftain was not at home when the attack was carried out.

A man alleged to be President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday confirmed that security chiefs have received marching orders to go harder on criminals, including to shoot anyone found illegally with AK-47.

“Anybody with AK-47 should be shot because AK-47 is supposed to be registered and it is only given to security officials.”

As part of an current search for a South African male person who supposedly murdered a Thai jewellery businessperson at the weekend, law enforcement have reached Interpol for help in apprehending the individual, who has rumored to have fled to Hong Kong, Immigration Bureau commissioner Pol Lt-General Surachate Hakparn stated on Monday.

Surachate confirmed cops were in the process of collecting evidence to file for an arrest warrant for South African national Mzwakhe Memela, 38, who was suspected of murdering businesswoman Susama Ruenrit, 35, from Kanchanaburi, whose body was discovered in a Bangkok motel room on Sunday.

Once the warrant was submitted, they would cooperate with Interpol and Hong Kong law enforcement to assist in locating and apprehending the murderer, he stated.

The detectives probe is still in progress and had not yet revealed the motive for the slaying, nor sure what connection the murderer had with the dead victim, Surachate stated.

Law enforcement had initially confirmed Memela was captured on security-camera CCTV exiting Susama’s sixth-floor motel room in Lat Phrao area on Sunday morning.

Her corpse was later discovered at noon the same day by workers of the motel located on Soi Lat Phrao 130, after they had been no answer to their knock on the door.

“The Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal High Court are all headed by northern Muslims. Southerners and Christians in Nigeria have finally been conquered and colonised. They just don’t know it yet. South needs real leaders and not cowardly whimps to liberate it.

“President is a northern Muslim. Senate President is a northern Muslim. Speaker of the House is a northern Christian. CJN is a northern Muslim.

The heads of ALL security, military, paramilitary and intelligence agencies in the country except for the Navy are northern Muslims,”

He warned that Buhari had buried the concept of Nigeria's unity that we may never recover from this division, saying it was only right to break-up and form new nations.

"Buhari has finally put a nail in the coffin of the concept of Nigerian unity and we may never recover from it.

"Given what we have witnessed over the last three years and what he has subjected the indigenous people of the geographical space called Nigeria to, I have come to the conclusion that this country cannot work and that we should all go our separate ways.

"The choices that the Judiciary and the National Assembly make in the next few days will determine the future of Nigeria.

"We are at a crossroads. We either choose to perpetuate the tyranny and slavery of a crude, cruel and barbaric vassal state or we insist on freedom and democracy.

"Gen. Andrew Azazi, the first and only southerner and Christian National Security Advisor in Nigeria was murdered and replaced by a northern Muslim in 2013 after serving for just 2 years.

"Justice Walter Onnoghen, the first southern and Christian CJN in 32 years was illegally removed and replaced by a northern Muslim in 2019 after serving for just 1 year and 9 months.

The dismissal of Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Walter Onnoghen by President Muhammadu Buhari has drawn reactions from politicians all over the country. One of those who reacted to the development is the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu who predicted this development last year in 2018 described the dismissal as humiliation of the CJN, Onnoghen and warned that the Fulani Cabal must not be allowed to conquer the south east region.

In what some have termed the fulfillment of Kanu's prophetic words, he made a stunning revelation in December 2018 which has played out right before our eyes.

The leader of the indigenous peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has dismissed rumors that he has agreed to take part in the upcoming Nigeria elections.

In a brief speech address to Biafrans and saboteurs alike, he maintained his stance on the election boycott.

He said some mischievous people twisted what he said in the previous broadcast where he said Ebonyi and Abia state governorship elections would be an exception to the election boycott rule to mean he had called off boycotting the presidential elections.

He accused some mischievous characters who pretend they are with IPOB and Biafra Restoration but in reality, were only shouting “All hail Biafra” just to build up social media followers to endear themselves to politicians.

He warned that these characters are actually more interested in Nigeria politics with some working for APC and some others working for PDP.

The IPOB leader warned of the increasing number of Saboteurs and fake Igbo groups who have been raised by politicians to cause confusion among the Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra regarding the election boycott.

Nnamdi Kanu reiterated that Okezie Ikpeazu and Dave Umahi will be removed regardless of their claims that former governor Mr. Orji Uzor Kalu was responsible for bringing the Nigeria army to kill IPOB members in Umuahia.

He said Orji Uzor Kalu may have supported the python dance plan but he didn’t order the exercise because he had no power to do so.

Kanu said the proposed election boycott still stands unless their demands were met.

“We IPOB are going to boycott this forthcoming election starting with the February 16th presidential elections, we are going to boycott it.

“Understand this very clearly, there will be no ambiguity.

Outlining the reason for the election boycott, he said IPOB was not about to forget those that died during operation python dance which alone is reason enough to boycott the election.

He revealed there are tough challenges and interests against this noble quest of Biafra Restoration but IPOB will not be deterred.

He maintained that the man responsible for the death of Biafrans in Umuahia will not be allowed back into the office.

In a video message that surfaced online, one of the last remaining plotters of the infamous 1966 coup, Colonel (RTD) Emmanuel Nwobosi, has finally come out to tell his version of what led to the event.

He was the leader of operations in the Western region. It was his group that killed Premier Samuel Akintola after the Premier opened fire at them wounding the Captain and others.

The Nigeria/Biafran vet relayed his account of what really transpired in a 13-minute video. It is gathered that he went on a trip to Israel to meet with IPOB leadership.

In what is a rather emotional speech, the honorable Biafran vet said that at first, he had spent many years wondering if his actions at the age of 27 that led to the massacre of over 3 million Biafrans were justified.

He sighted the Jihadist tendencies of the northern rulers in using her country's military to suppress other tribes.he said the killings going on in the country today is nothing new but in fact, the very reason the coup was carried out in the first place.

In his speech transcript, he warned of danger looming ahead for the entire country because the same thing that led to the 1966 coup is repeating itself today.

His book "The Dark Truth" is scheduled to be released soon and encouraged anyone interested in the truth to pick it up. It'll be available on Amazon online book store.

Its worth noting that Nwobosi was arrested upon arrival in Lagos with Chief Fani-Kayode. He was initially detained at Kiri-Kiri before being transferred to the East. He was released by Ojukwu in 1967.

As a Colonel in the Biafran Army, Nwobosi held a field command until he was wounded. He later became Ojukwu's Chief of Staff.

Nwobosi is still alive and holds the traditional title of Ugene of Obosi.

The governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, has been warned by the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, to release all the Jewish worshipers in detention or watch the state Burn.

In his latest broadcast from Jerusalem, he threatened to disrupt any gatherings or political campaigns organized by Okezie Ikpeazu’s party.

Okezie Victor Ikpeazu who was elected in office since May 29, 2015 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is a hardline critic of IPOB and what it represents.

Okezie Ikpeazu was accused by Kanu as one of those responsible for the proscription of IPOB as a terrorist organization.

“Okezie Ikpeazu must never have peace” unless those worshipers are released.

he Nigeria general elections in 2019 is likely going to marred with violence, this according to the United States Government saying it could have significant consequences for the the country and beyond.

This was disclosed on Thursday by the US Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of African Affairs, Tibor Nagy at the US Congress hearing on Nigeria’s coming general elections in 2019.

Ben Murray-Bruce, Senate president, Bukola Saraki, Nnena Ukeje, are some of the dignitaries that attended the event hearing titled, “Nigeria at a Crossroads.

From the event transcript, it was gathered that the US rep believed the violence might be a localised one and not a nation-wide violence.

The upcoming general elections is going to serve as a major test of Nigeria’s young democracy.

“I can tell you from my impressions during my travels and my previous service in Nigeria that I fear there will be some violence around these elections, as has been the case with previous elections.

“I do not anticipate large-scale nation-wide conflict, but rather localised violence.

“We are already seeing increased tensions and polarisation as the election approaches. We assess that politicians are turning to narratives of identity politics in an attempt to improve their popularity, with potentially serious consequences for national unity.

“However, Nigeria’s political system and society have weathered such tensions before.”

Nagy also listed Rivers, Borno, Benue, Kano as potential hotspots and was happy that the major candidates had now signed a peace pact.

“In assessing potential ‘hotspots’ for violence, we look at places that are historically volatile around elections such as Rivers and Borno states.

New Strategy To Counter IPOB’s NO Election Stand Emerges As Ndigbo are now banned from travelling back home during the 2019 general elections.

The decision was reached following an extraordinary meeting of the Igbo Delegates Assembly (IDA), an administrative umbrella organisation of Igbo resident in the northern states and Abuja in Barnawa, Kaduna State.

He also also demanded that Lai Mohammed tell the world if there is any other organ that’s damaged as a result of Buhari’s surgery.

Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has called on the Federal Government to declare Nigeria as a nation at war following the recent killings of soldiers by Boko Haram insurgents in Borno State.

Speaking to officers from the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, AFCSC, Okorocha gave said it takes a serious war for a country to lose about 10 to 40 soldiers in an attack.

“A nation has to be in a serious war to lose 10 soldiers, not to talk about 40 soldiers. So Nigeria must declare itself as a nation at war.

He went on to compare what’s happening in the north-east to what was happening in Imo state when he came in as a governor.

“What I think is happening in the North-East is what was happening here in Imo State when I came in 2011.

The governor compared the security situation in the North East to what was happening in Imo state when he first resumed as a governor.

“Owerri was notorious for kidnapping and we were number one State for kidnapping when I came into the extent that by 5.30 or 6pm everybody had gone home for fear of being kidnapped. But we tackled it and overcame.”
