Can you tell us the economic model/ human development he structured in Anambra that can made the state the highest in terms of investment, startups, MSME and revenue per capital compared to other governors?

Salaries, pension and gratuities were paid as at when due but now gratuities have not been paid since 2017.

Also, the low debt during Peter Obi tenure is due to the Paris loan forgiveness during that time and if Obiano had enjoyed the same thing maybe the loan would have been lesser too.
