Given the fact that NLers are known to have multiple userids, and can vote multiple times for the same person, in the name of fairness, I propose that Miss Nairaland 2015 crown should be jointly given to Twaci and TOHPAHZ. I meean only 3 votes separated the 2, and if that is not the definition of a tie, I don't know what is.
