Let me explain to you how it works, Everybody that registered in camp, Their certificates will be printed. ts when you have issues, they will withhold your certficate. So i guess you registered in camp when Bomoi was still DG.

You can install vmware and install your ubuntu on it, i have oracle linux,RHEL,ubuntu, solaris on my windows 7 system,

I think NOU will be more flexible cos it was designed to assist people like you that want to work and study, in terms of cost i can't say much, Unilag may not be too flexible and i learnt unilag school fees are quite expensive. some of my colleague running their M.Sc in unilag are complaining of the fees.

How did u learn your oracle database, is it with solaris or red hat linux as its Operatiing system or you learnt it on windows. my advice is that you should learn it on either linux or unix it will help you a great deal..

When i studies for my M.Sc program, you can really do a lot on ur sms, lecturers can upload lecture materials (pdf,word) format, students can chat (include the social networking stuff), students can summit assignment within a time frame and window, when that time/windows closes you can't summit again, Student can create study groups online and do study discussion virtually,
