Katsumoto:Sharaapppp dia! ![]() Do you even know the functions of those things Kilode listed up there? You think they learn those things in the classrooms? iice:lol Just seeing your reply.Dont worry, was only kidding with you. I know you and kobo are are obvious introverts even with your personalty traits on NL. ![]() |
a clear way to spot an introvert online is they tend to stand alone [most of the time or initially] unless/until they make a conscious effort to be more interactive. this is because they're used to doing their own thing unless somehow prompted to socialize more. the prompting could be either within or from external sources. an extrovert, on the other hand, will flow with others right from the getgo and might not stand out so much at first. This is also because they're used to being part of a crowd and place lesser importance on individuality, or sense of self. an extrovert is also more likely to "blow their own trumpet" so to speak, or list qualities they deem attractive in themselves, eg i have butt, i have the biggest whatever, online. They're less inhibited and faster at chasing the opposite s.ex, or a person of interest. The introverts catch up later.
Spot on. Bliss4Lyfe:May be it is in the genes, but I also agree that upbringing, environments and life experiences might play a role. freecocoa:They are taking notes, trying to understand us or less concerned as usual to read a thread like this when there are current affairs threads to read and post on ![]() |
A great part of this article seems to be about me. Judging from it, I'd say I fall under the introvert category. Very funny how these ''introverts'' suddenly become extroverted on NL.
hehehehe really funny imagine all of you claiming to be introverts ![]() from kobo, to tpia, to iice, to freecocoa even ileke and my celebrity girl Missy B claiming to be an introvert. Very interesting indeed ![]() At least people know am an introvert on NL ![]() |
freecocoa:Am an introvert, am not shy, am bold, I can face any audience however large, I kid many times and can be crazy sometimes too, but not every where and every time. I choose where, when and what I want to do, rarely act on impulse. It's more romantic to watch a romantic movie with my girl at home than go clubbing and I prefer a cool get together with company of friends and associates than loud extroverted parties, yet i supported a loud extroverted party for the burial of one of my beloved grandmothers and danced big time celebrating her good life well spent. ![]() |
I agree with you Kobo. Confirmed Introvert here. ![]() |
Tolu, As for me, I want you to be more regular and post more in politics section this year ![]() That way you will be able to analyze, silence and educate Beaf and company ![]() |
OP, go and find out the cost of a liter of petrol in Venezuela and why, then come back and advice Nigerians. |
In the Spirit of Good Sportsmanship, I want to Congratulate OAM4J. I am Extremely Humbled to have been nominated as Moderator of the Year given my Very Short Span of Being a Moderator. I was Not the Likeliest Moderator to have been Nominated alongside Other Fantastic Moderators and I am Grateful to members Who took Out their Time to Nominate and Vote The Inspired Brand ( It was Fun while it lasted ) The Autos Section Is Arguably the Section that generates the Highest Income On Nairaland, In this Ending Year We have Sold Vehicles Worth Over 2 Billion Naira. An Estimated 5 Million Naira Exchange Hands DAILY on the Autos Section Between Buyers and Sellers in Nigeria and Diaspora. We Have Provided a Safe Haven for Auto Dealers and Sellers to Advertise Cars, We have also Given Out the Best Deals to Buyers/Members of the Forum alike. We Have a Pool of Automobile Experts that has given Auto Related Solutions and Diagnosis to all and Sundry Free Of Charge. Myself and My Co Moderators have taken Our time to Weed out Scammers and Sanitize the Section to Restore Buyers Confidence. Given the Current Political Instability in Our Country, The Politics section may Seem to have the Highest Traffic from afar, But in the Real Sense Of it, The Autos Section Is the Highest Visited Section By REAL Men Of Substance. I wish to thank everyone who has Contributed In a way to Our Success on the Autos Section, We Promise to Continue to Make the Autos Section the Best Online Auto-mart in Africa. Have a Wonderful New Year 2012 and God Bless. Cheers Inspired_m ( Moderator, Nairaland Autos Section )
Thank you chairman. We are all winners. Just BTW, I became a mod after you, so I have a shorter span of being a moderator and you are still my senior for 'moderatorship' ![]() I like your marketing strategy and promo for auto session, but politics section own no be promo o, no be say "it seems to have the Highest Traffic from afar", na fact say we generate the highest traffic for Nairaland, hence we make the highest money for Nairaland/Seun. if you doubt me, check the number of threads that make the home page from politics section daily or simply ask olori-oko himself (Seun) or madam Mukina2, they have the figures. ![]() And when it comes to winning elections like this one, it is not by perceived "REAL Men Of Substance" but by numbers, facts on the ground and good strategy ![]() Anyways like you said it was fun while it lasted. ![]() Cheers.
