NOT a buy recommendation You just remind me of y experience last, I jejely enter entered UACN showing green @1.58%,and within 15mins UACN turned red @-4.85%. I just off load everything shap shap. Luckily for me, PZ was bottoming Out @ a cheaper price, just move the funds to PZ. Just UACN will hit N10 before coming out. |

By and large 3wks after the freeze he told his mavro has really grown, that by the time the freeze is lifted he will use the proceed to completed his roofing project. We all know the end of the story.
In orderwords your money in FCMB is in MAVRO state by the time you are able to get it let's talk Question ? If i sell my FCMB at anytime, will my broker refuse to pay me? If FCMB declare dividend, will the registers refuse to pay me? The reason only you are shouting TB is because you collect your AWOF interest immediately the investment starts. |

Manonamission: You can 'say' that again. Fundamentally, UACN is presently not PZ's mate nah. Just because UACN's subsidiaries are in the market to raise funds now means UACN should be dumped at any price? Anyway, I think UACN intends to fund its own portion of the rights through cash flow which could mean there might not be any dividend this year. Funds for Portland, UAC-Prop (and livestock?)........ odi kwa serious. There is something going on here. Even the subsidiaries aren't performing well. |

Afam4eva: Apples and oranges. As much as i understand the part about respecting the tradition of the people but traditional does not thump the law of the land. And i don't see how calling oneself Eze ndigbo in Akure is against the tradition of the land because if it were so, then calling your self the other titles prescribed by the Deji will also be in variance with the tradition. The Deji is just an insecure c.unt (no offense) Law of the land is clear on this issue. Every state got legally recognized Traditional rulers, and the they are given Authority by the governor's. Every other person/s will get their Authority from the recognized Traditional ruler. You can't walk in the UK and claim to be King, you simply got no legal backing for that. |

Admin401: USA lifted a 37 years sanction from Iran on Jan-2016 causing Iran to flood the oil market with their reserves they've been saving up over time like a man that has been on heat and just had sex for the first time (excuse my analogy) this caused the oil market to become saturated and value of oil dropped drastically. Na, oil prices are falling before the lifting of Iran sections, and the discovery of Shale oil caused the drop. |

Lol just listen to yourself. Did Mimiko give any Eze-ndigbo staff of Office. The only recognize the Oba based on the constitutional rights. It's not the Governor's Job to deal with Eye-ndigbo. When Chief Nwachukwu who lives in Okota in Isolo and one Chief Ohazurike who lives in Oko Oba ,Agege have engaged each other in a supremacy contest of who will be the Ezeigbo of the wholeWhich people appointed them ? stockbuego: Gurus in the house, what is your viewpoint on fmn. I have substantial Units and iam intending to acquire more but stagnation in share price is discouraging and worrisome. I know it is not unconnected with their high debt profile. But Iam not unaware that most companies are deep in debt and are having volatility in share prices. Pls Gurus, do you think that fmn high debt is something that the company can be able to pay off and consequently bring out the company in a clean financial footing? I have invested in FMN for a long time and I am not disappointed with their performance. FMN also have a good history of dividend payouts. But the two major problem facing FMN is the Current Consumer price index and Inflation. Most companies in this category are suffering, because their sales turnover has dropped. I will recommend you do a proper analysis of the from early. February till date before buying. Note:- FMN pays dividends between August and September, which means the price might drop further before that period.
Kindly follow the price movement and time your entry . |

Politics › Re: Petrol Subsidy Back, FG In Dilemma How To Keep Paying Difference by OBAGADAFFI: 11:54am On Feb 18, 2017 |
LordAdam7: Because it is rocket science.
The Nigerian populace does not want to hear the word privatization.
That's why after OBJ sold the refineries, Yaradua reversed the deal. And GEJ after the subsidy protest taught it wise to leave another controversial sale because he was already getting heat for the PHCN sale.
The fact is that as long as the refineries remain under the government, they wouldn't function optimally. The refineries are a cash cow of very powerful interests, and the only thing Nigerians can really do is sell them of and stop wasting billions of naira on them every year for repairs.
But Nigerians are too emotional and clearly lack the ability to analyze issues constructively.
With this quagmire, there is no government that'd be able to fully optimize refining at the government-owned refineries. Not OBJ, not Yaradua, not GEJ, not Buhari, not Osinbajo...
The plan now is to keep paying marginal subsidy while we all wait for people like Dangote to finish building their private refineries. That was the plan under GEJ, it's still the plan under Buhari. The solution to Nigeria's dilapidated refining capacity is large private refineries.
The masses don't want to accept that, so the government keeps tip-toeing on issues concerning refinery repairs, pushing deadlines, making mouth-watering unrealistic promises, while still creating an avenue to loot.
-Lord The same people in Government now, are the same critic of the OBJ refinery sale. The same people has been mobilizing the Union against the previous governments. Welcome to the real Nigeria. |
