If Custodian PLC is buying 51% of UPDC, your take position in UPDC PLC and Custodian PLC .

I believe Custodian PLC will manage UPDC PLC well.

Good u can admit that they are improving.
I was at the forefront of those who criticized the management of the coy for their inefficiency in times past.
At the time, I kept screaming that the coy was a SELL when it was trading for btw N47-50.
U can dig up my past post for verification.

Well, things have since changed. ...and we love to align with change when its clearly POSITIVE !! wink cheesy grin

Regards
Notice the price has been ranging, breakout is expectct at any moment .

I agree that CASH FLOW and its near term equivalents is indeed very important.

On this, note that there are4 KEY factors that determine how a coys CASH flows and transcends to EARNINGS.
1) Cash utilization
2) cost optimization(both from the earnings and expense line)
3) Company' level of innovation and effectiveness
4) Management efficiency
From little information I have about WAPCO Management inefficiency is the major problem.

But they are improving.

Dangote really hit WAPCO hard.

...kudos to u dear. But I don dey tire for this place. I say that with all sense of humility though !!

Last time, I advised that folks should align with all coys in the pharmaceutical sector and particularly highlighted the huge potential value proposition in NEIMETH after carrying out extensive review of their financial stance.(I even wrote an article at the time)
...and well, in what has almost become the tradition here, I was criticized for advising folks to align with them.
Fast forward to weeks later, and virtually all healthcare coys have since returned huge gains... near 100% reward in MAY&BAKER and FIDSON with NEIMETH dropping over 600% gain/ROI.
Yet some folks came back and called it a pump and dump stock, insinuating that the price rise was unjustified and that the coy will still fall back to its YtD low of 38k. wink cheesy grin
But NEIMETH has since hovered around the N1.5 to N2 zone since then.

The last 2 coys(FIDSON and NEIMETH) has since released fantastic results with well over double digit growth in all key revenue and earnings line.
NEIMETH, the so-called pump and dump coy, has also recently its financial scorecard which showed a whooping over 665% growth in earnings !! ...665% earnings growth !!
Surprisingly or should we rather say unsurprisingly, no one has posted it here.
The pump and dump mongers and naysayers have since dissappead !!
...what a world we live in. wink cheesy grin

It is well.
Oga, i follow you chop FIDSON and NEIMETH including GSK grin grin grin

My dear this forum is beginning to lose its essence.
Some of us try to liven it up from going extinct, but there are oftentimes a few miscreants who would stop at nothing to "run u down to the eight" for no just cause. Like Peterichy who has been using different monikers to mock himself thinking he's doing it to me. wink cheesy grin
This is one of the reason we sometimes decide against putting out some analysis and/or information here.
A good example was the last time I put up the post above.
That coy is UPL. ...which at the time was trading at btw 91-95k.
Ordinarily, I could've immediately gone ahead to mention it here even if am not buying it myself, so others with interest can align, but I had to inform just a few individuals who are close to me.(folks like my good brother @Oracle, @billtommy, @charlesniper, @bumba1234, @ekpotek and a few others can attest to this. The stock has since gained near 40% and also closed on full bid today.
...coy was so grossly underpriced at the time.
With a valuation model that factors in all key current CF lines but uses an approach that discounts a great % proportion of all worries in lieu of future risk(given the seasonal nature of the business), FVE still computes to N2.41.
As I told some folks then, the board of directors of UPL could decide to keep every other asset belonging to the company(PPEs, other fixed and intangible assets etc) and pay minority shareholders from just its current cash accrual, and that payment can still be over 2.5x the mkt price back then.(@ 95k)

God knows that this has never been my style.
Before now, if I spot value, I inform the house irrespective of whether am in the coy or not. ...but some silly persons will still prefer to criticize u for no just cause.
What is even more annoying is that they'll never engage u constructively. ...at least, give counter-reasons with proof(from financial prints or otherwise), why ur given a different assertion or chosen a contrasting perspective.

Some even had to mock me for my view on UACN. ...as if our view and "belief system" has changed.
But for anything, our "believability" has in fact, increased !!
In the end, we'll see who will have... Time will help set matters straight.

U don't pay someone for sincerely and genuinely giving out worthy and helpful inputs, yet u criticize and scorn them for it.
That's why some persons would rather analyse, discuss and give recommendations privately or in other forums.
This platform is fast loosing its true essence !!

CAVEAT: Any decision to align with the aforementioned coy should go beyond this post. ...so due dilligence still apllies as always.

My advise? Pls follow ur instinct.
I think it best we create a Telegram or Whatsapp group.

Similar experience last year. My brother needs admission into unilag. Cut off was very low but a sure link said it’s possible for 100k. I thought it was 419 but paid coz I didn’t want my brother to feel like I didn’t want him to stay home again. My bros got the admission. When I met the link later I asked him how he did it, he said university admission 2nd list, he said there are arrangements and levels. Government get their own slots, State and federal level oh, and even Ministry of education guys, even kings and chiefs of the communities, then VC and lecturers. It’s all about booking slots earlier and making slots available in your own department. There are people with worse cut off chilling inside Unilag while those with higher cut off are looking for admission. If nor enter the merit list you can’t get into the supplementary list unless you get sure link.

For those that use CSL. After selling, do I have to wait 3 days before making a withdrawal? I sold some stocks today to raise money for a family emmergency. I can see the proceeds from my sale as cash in my csl customer trading portal. Can I withdraw the funds tommorow morning? Or wait for 3 days?
It is T+3days If you have Direct cash settlement with CSCS.

If you don't have DCS, request for withdrawal might take 48 hours.

If you see the fund In your portal, you can request to withdraw.
