Mcy56: We see how far the crash can go, shebi Peter said below N10.........seems I'm interested in seeing how this will follow suit with previous share dilution/price crash. In the meantime, let me carry my JB defense and step aside while watching and learning from the elders...... JB won't go below N10. |

PETERiCHY: SHARE DILUTION made GUINNESS crashed from their N58 right issue price in 2017 to current price of N14.
SHARE DILUTION that made WAPCO crashed from N42.50k right issue price in 2017 to sub N9:00k
SHARE DILUTION made CILEASING crashed from N8 last yr to N3 and still counting.
Now watch how SHARE DILUTION will crash JULIUS BERGER to sub N10 before any MEANINGFUL CONSOLIDATION will take place..
Still on accumulation mode on GUINNESS
BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE! You are correct SHARE DILUTION will crash the price. |

Sell-offs in UACN, JBERGER and NB dragged the Nigerian bourse down coupled with thin liquidity in the Nigerian Stock Market. Nairametrics envisages cautious buying of Nigerian stocks, as Institutional investors remain on the sidelines. |

That event created the gap between the official rate and parallel market rate.
Today the truth is finally getting to us. |

talk2me2: Meristem stockbrokers has really disapointed me. I sent them a payment request since on Tuesday they debited my cash account and processed the payment, and even sent me a mail that my money has been processed. But up to now they have not transfer the money to my bank account. I sent a mail to them this morning but they did not respond, I called them and they did not pick.
I don't know what else to do I suppose to invest that money into ETH cryptocurrency since yesterday and now ETH has started to rally T+3 days for transactions on the NSE. |

MishdaFish: CSL Stockbroker sent a similar message earlier. It's a regulatory requirement I understand. I wish to ask EXPERTs in the house why SEC would NOT allow a single mandate form for dividend to be submitted to brokers and CSCS for ALL transaction associated with a particular CLEARING HOUSE NO.(CHN). Why do we need to fill mandate for every sale or purchase of a new company? I heard the guys at SEC are trying to solve this unpaid dividends problem this year. This is probably one of the move towards that. |

emmanuelewumi: Even that empty swampy land, buyers will buy for N40 million. Shomolu is the headquarters of printers in Lagos
The rental income generated from the property of my late grand mother at Shomolu is more than what 2 duplexes at Lekki will give you. Bajuaye, Shipeolu, and Apata can get your N40 million, but some other areas won't give you N 15million. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 10:52am On Jun 26, 2020 |
emmanuelewumi: Valuation used for the calculations of land use charge is different from the market value of a property.
You will be very lucky to get an empty plot of land at Shomolu for N25 million.
Kindly offer the owners of the house valued at Shomolu N35 million if they will be ready to sell their house.
Based on the rental income from the property they can only sell the house at N50 million The property is old and in a swampy area. But you know in Lagos tenants pay a lot even in dilapidated properties. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 10:30am On Jun 26, 2020 |
emmanuelewumi: A property of N30 million can't give me a rental income of N10 million. The highest rental income you can get from such a property is N3 million Oga it depends. There is a property around Shomolu valued @ N15 million with rentals of N6 million. My point is if a business is generating lots of income no need selling. |
