Artemisinin is an ACT also.
And the best ACT in Nigeria is Artesunate/Amodiaquin which most of us will not want to take. But even then, the problem is not the type of ACT used but the standard and the way our people take the medications. For example, Coartem is to be used at the zero hour, then, exactly 8 hours after the first dose, then 24 hours after the first dose and 12 hourly subsequently. And it should be used after a fatty meal or with a cup of milk.
The other problem we have is the storage of our drugs. They should be stored below 30°C but the ambient temperature is higher. The implication is that the drugs most people use have lost a bit of their potency!
After taking ACT for some time, injection seems to be the best solution for me.

I don't believe in openly showing up to commission charitable acts like this. Though this may be better option than not doing any.
And when they don't openly show it, we criticize them for doing nothing.

Many people have raised a red flag on wapco
I equally posted a comment on red flag signals.
WAPCO n Oando fit into those companies that expand aggressively without having the means.
Every year, dz good for nothing company will be racing preferential shares, bonds commercial papers. All in the name of expansion.
Dangote actually played a smart one on this company by taken makanju and some of their technocrats. Since makanju left, dz company has never be d same.
A company that dangote met in business could no longer rival ccnn. What a pity? Wapco is sinking in debts.
Too late to catch up.... Wapco heading southwards @ km N10 to 15
Internal politics and Mismanagement is WAPCO major problem.

GoTV:
sad Even though I'm a born again Christian, incidence like these are inevitable since christianity have been turned to a religion of mockery by the hypocrisy of we Christians who refuse to call a spade, a spade. Pastors have been elevated to Demi-god and their gullible followers believe they can never do wrong. We Christians are quick to defend irresponsible elements parading as pastors and bishops with "Touch not my annointed and do my Prophet no harm" but we hypocritically judge others especially of separate religious beliefs. These pulpits fraudsters we call pastors exploits the gullibility of we Christians by threatening us with Hell fire and instilling fears in their congregation to maximize financial returns. No wonder we have more churches than schools and factories all over the country since selling the name of Jesus is the most profitable lazy way of making money.

Our irresponsible sisters in the lord too can not be left out of these show of immorality prevailing in our churches. They dress like prostitutes to churches wearing mini skirts, tight dresses to seduce pastors and male members of the church. Our Muslim counterparts are always fighting for decent dressings to the extent that they insist that school girls are well covered in Hijab so they can grow up to become responsible women. Yet we Christians will wage condemnations on their demands while we swim in immorality. When organizations like Muric lambasts us for our hypocrisy, we turn around to demonize Islam. I don't support rapist but we Christians need to do more in the fight against immorality so we can stop loosing people who are ashamed to be Christians to Islam. sad
When did you become a Christians.
In other ports, it would take a few hours to discharge oversized cargo, while in Nigeria, it would take days because the operators lacked the equipment and the customer would wait for days for them to hire equipment to operate such cargo, the NSC executive director  pointed out.

This is what many years of lawlessness has led us to.
Gradually, we will get there.
Really ?
