Candidates who wish to choose University of Ibadan as first choice should note that the Senate approved requirements for some of the courses in the University may be different from what was advertised in the JAMB brochure. To avoid a situation whereby a candidate is denied admission, based on the subject combinations for the UTME, the course requirements for all programmes are listed below, for guidance.

i think it has been effected. last year admission requirements had biology as a perquisites for psychology.

this is the same regulation we marstubate on last year and it failed us.
I once told u somewhere that u need biology on ur jamb combo and not only on ur olevel.
we debated on this very issue whether biology was needed on ones jamb combo or only on ones olevel.we erroneously followed the latter and we paid dearly for that.
a guy beat psychology cutoff last year with a difference of 8 marks but was not admitted cos he didn't sit for biology in jamb.
the guy is also a nairaland.
when I could not meet up with law cutoff last year,I changed to psychology alongside with my friend with 13 and 10 marks above cutoff but none of us was admitted.
do u think that this three cases are mere coincidences or what?
note that the first guy chose the course from beginning unlike us that changed to psychology when we failed to meet up with law cutoff mark.
ui doesn't play with jamb comb.
this has denied many people admission.
I would advice u to email their admission office to be sure.
pls I said this using our own experience last year o.
u can shun this comment pls.

babablogger, i don't know your recent conversation but i had above the cutoff last year. same fuc*ing psychology, was not admitted. cos i did not sit for biology in my jamb.
if you did not sit biology in jamb just forget about admission this year. well not, change of course MAY be your Savior. if there is no change of course don't bother wasting N2500. no need contacting the admission office either, about 8-10 of us who met psychology contacted the VC office last year.
