A nation divided and the call for cessation

No clear unity among the various ethnic groups that's necessary for economic and national growth

This stems from non inclusiveness and perceived marginalisation, suspicions, hatred and bigotry

What then can be done to address this

As far as I am concerned the basis of Nigeria's existence can not be ascertained, but I remember in the year 2014 according to the information on the amalgamation of the southern and northern protectorate in 1914 the union came to an end after 100th years that itself was not actually a solid foundation on a nation existence.

Prior to the expiration of the agreement and up till now there has been constitutions and efforts by constitutional conferences to establish a people oriented constitution of all the regions and nationalities that made up this entity called Nigeria hence we have been experiencing agitations, campaign and calls for cessation and independence by the ethnic nationalities who feels marginalised, detached, unrepresented in decision making, leadership and equality in the polity

Any project or structure with no proper foundation can not stand the test of time.

What have we be doing as a nation to re-establish this entity called Nigeria firmly where the ethnic group will have equal representation and participation?
