dokxavi: I'm to apply for ECA via MCC.Please is there any medical doctors here who have done this? How did you go about paying to physiciansapply using credit card? How to get a credit card to use is a problem. How do you do this? Someone was telling me I can only pay by using a credit card from someone in the US or Canada. Is this true? Are there other options? Thanks. And may God bless the creators of this thread. U can definately use ur naira debit card or a dollar debit card from a NIgerian bank. GTB naira debit card has a $1000 pos atm limit so u can use it. |

Favoredme: Thanks GS. Waiting at 454 after spouse's ECA. Missed the last draw due to the tie -break rule. The CRS for d last round was 446 how did u miss it because of tie break rule with 454? Thought tie break only applies when more than one candidate has the minimum score and u had 454.hmmmm |

cochtrane: Disclosing a recently diagnosed case of diabetes shouldn't make your friend fail medicals. Some have been in worse situations without any effect on their application. In the case of diabetes, they'll only focus attention on the patient if there is end-organ damage. In this case, the diabetes has sailed into the organs. As long as your friend is still healthy and has been managing his situation well, he should have zero problems. Check this link here for what they do during screening. If during screening they don't run additional tests on him as per the flowchart, he's good to go. Thx i just gave him a print out of d document u attached. Thx |

Dizzy007: Goodmorning wonderful people, I've been a silent reader on this thread from part 1, 2 and finally this 3. God bless you all immeasurably for all the help you've rendered to many of us, thank you!!!
Please my question is a simple one, I just passed my IELTS, so I'm currently waiting for WES to finish evaluating my Msc. I intend to start collecting all documents I need so as to submit immediately i get ITA. For my reference letter, I intend to use my NYSC experience. I started working there just before NYSC, in total about 14 months, but i didnt get an employment letter. Also there are no pay slips as well, just cash. I read here that employment letter and payslips are very important. My questions are as follows..
1. The company has no website on their letterhead, hope it won't be a problem 2. Do i try to see if I can get an employment letter from them but backdated, since i was not given one then? 3. Do you think I'll be asked for pay slips? If they do, what do I do in that scenario?.
Thank you immensely. There's this video onn youtube by an ex canadian immigration office mark holthe. He gives an advice on alternative documents to provide when u can't get ref letter. Search for express entry tips #2 - no reference letters |

Settling in Canada during this winter after all, may not be one of the best decisions I have ever made. If anyone must come here in winter, make sure you gather enough liver o. It takes time to get used to it. It's -10c today. It could be worse. Kpele the Lord is ur strenght |

olajide21: I wouldn't know cos i do not bank with them. The standard practice however is that if you operate a current account with the bank, they shouldn't have problems issuing you the letter in the format you require. Ok thanks |

gorgebaby: Lawyers and talk!
The first part of your submission is the only missing link - you can claim Masters/Professional degree provided your LL.B was evaluated as such. Yes IQAS does this.
I discussed WES' evaluation of LL.B in my previous post with links to buttress, but no one has been bold enough to try it out. Lastly, please remember that the original poster's concern was around his/her B.L and my response to him/her was along that line. Thanks. My sister in law evaluated her LL.B with WES and it came out as a canadian bachelors degree equivalent. She ended up loosing about 7pts in her CRS as against what she had projected in the calculator with "a professional degree to practice" |

If ITA comes few days before ones birthday is this an issue, would i have to reject it as my documents would probably not support the age ITA was issued? |

GlitteringStar: Most people's points will be automatically deducted. @Bolded, was it before getting an Invitation to Apply? What if ITA comes just before ones birthday is this an issue?i.e ITA comes say few days before birthday. |

dtaminator: I am actually talking from personal experience so I know so. I got an ITA which I had to reject because my birthday had just passed and my score was not automatically reduced. You have to manually update the date of birth field (like refreshing)before your score is recalculated. Thank you all for the response |

Prime Medical consultant. PH. I don't know if it's against the rule sha, didn't see it like that on cic site. I guess u shd wait for the seniors to throw more light. I may be wrong Were you officially informed you couldn't do another one or you are just assuming? Whats d reason for d 1st unsuccessful medical? Pease educate us. Since you are applying under a different prgram there's no reason why u cant walk in for a new medical. I could be wrong though. |
