capsule: BC, first attempt... LRWS, 7.5,7.5,6.5,7.5. I don't know if a remark will favour me, so sad. Purely because of d scores for L & R the chances of a positive EOR might be slim. Why not just focus on taking another test. |

ArabianRose: second attempt...at this point i am just tired, i don't know what to do. Listening: 8.0 Reading: 9.0 Writing: 6.5 Speaking: 7.5
PS; i have always maxed out speaking and writing, and remark is 12 weeks? 3 freaking months!!!? The above was my post- April 6th.
So I took Newmum's advice, to apply for EOR with BC and rewrite, this time around, IDP. Guess what? I think this feels worse. Anyway, LRWS came out as 8.5, 8, 6.5, 8.5. To think I was going for CLB10 . BC remark isn't out.. 7weeks now. At this point, I have had it up to my throat Please hang in there, giving up is not an option. Just take a step back, reassess things and forge ahead. Like we say here "it will end in praise" |

bbaby84: Nothing to be sorry about. We are all learning. Well your response seemed like an attack, like i said my interpretation was solely based on d list of jobs presented and duration of each. Well newmum gave an instance of accumulated experiences. I wish everyone d best. And no i haven't filled my "ITA form". Hopefully soon. God bless |

bbaby84: Have you filled your ITA form? Did you see the part where CIC chooses your primary NOC for you? Because me I didn't see that part o. Minimum requirements Skilled work experience Your work experience must be: in the same type of job as your primary NOCwithin the last 10 years paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count) at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2016 National Occupational Classification (NOC) at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous: full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) |

bbaby84: Na wa for this your interpretation o. Why is the NYSC her primary NOC? Because it's her first job? Or because she has a full year on the job? Your primary NOC is what you're claiming points for in her case it's the 4121. She can afford to move the NYSC if she's not claiming points for it. My interpretation is based on the fact that it is d only one she has One year experience on/with. And i referenced the canadian imm web site. Sorry if am wrong |
Hi Everyone, I just got ITA yesterday and I have started filling my application. Please I need help on the Work/Personal History section. The Work Experience in my EE profile was as follows: 1. Company A: 10 months (with NOC code 4121) 2. Company B: 11 months (with NOC code 4121) 3. Company C: 7 months (with NOC code 4121) 4. Company D: 1-year NYSC (with NOC code 3131) You got ITA yesterday and from your summary am sure your NYSC was used for offering that invitation based on this below Minimum requirements Skilled work experience Your work experience must be:
in the same type of job as your primary NOC within the last 10 years paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count) at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2016 National Occupational Classification (NOC) at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.htmlSo your NYSC NOC is your primary NOC |

Newmum0615: Exactly. I did just that with mine. With additional short notes. Labelled each doc and stated the corresponding label on the table. Except they sent that VO from the village, he will not have problem understanding everything. Hello newmum, Pls for those of us not IT savy, how did u lable or number pdf doc? Am thinking getting coloured sticky note pads, as any alteration on scanned doc could be frowned at. |

fizzile: Now it is time for me to confidently share my profile.
Age: 30yrs Qualification: BSc ( finished 2010, PGD, finished 2016, MSc 2017) IELTS score: Listening: 8.0 Writing: 7.5 Reading: 7.0 Speaking: 7.5
I checked my CRS using two or more certificates and i got 463. I have a few questions please:
1. Since i just finished my Masters last year, do i still need to evaluate the MSc result?
2. I evaluated my BSc and PGD some years ago with IERF which is an evaluation agency, can i use that for the application process? Please i need a guide. Thanks. Your CRS is v.good in my opinion esp going by recent trend, but there's no harm in trying to increase your score. 1. You might not need to. Have you been awarded a cert? 2. If IERF is IRCC recommended then you are good to go. For ircc recommended bodies for ECA check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=681&top=29 |

Hello people,
Is it considered misrepresentation to answer no/nil to spouse work experience during profile creation? Pls bare in mind that spouse work history would be INDICATED in personal history post ITA and spouse is also contributing to POF. |
